Setting the bar for president as "you must be able to predict the future on the fate of contracters" is a bit silly even for the GOP.
So I'm going to say no.
And, thankfully, I do despise the Tea Party so I'm able to pick one of the options on your list. It is bad form to put two different things as part of one answer on a survey, you know?

If they've got a brain between 'em, they should wanna run somebody else in 2012. I'd be scared if they had a 'real' candidate. Glad they're sticking with President Titanic.

I think the USA and their conservatives need to hire their family friend lawyers to drag this out for many years so they can cost the tax payers more money than the fraud itself. Lets say $1.9 billion tax dollars to a few wealthy friends would make it worth doing. After all, to lose $500 million to a few investors is small potatos, when you can ripp the taxpayer over 4x that amount in litigation.

In any event, this will be good for the investment world, as the federal government will need to borrow more money to pay off the lawyers to take on this long drawn out litigation. So it will create at least 23 to 30 new jobs. Small price for taxpayers to pay to make a few people millionares.

On the other hand only about 1000 low wage workers will be out of a job.

    Neat system eh?
