Will the whining never cease for Pro-Russian, Pro-Chinese Members?

I have never seen so much whining in my life!!

It seems there are a number of members here who just continue to whine about how they feel United States is acting like a bully toward Russia and China.

I they had any clue at all they would know if we do not keep these two nations in check....they would simply do what they want to whom ever they want when they want.

Well....we make sure they can't.

I'd rather it be none. The whole idea of a lone superpower is ludicrous. Full-spectrum dominance is a neo-con wet dream.

 

Well the reality is right now the U.S. is and will most likely remain to be.

Right now China is trying to basically claim and entire region of the ocean and we are making sure international shipping lanes remain open as well as the right of anyone to travel in International Waters.

In reality, we're just creating more enemies for the MIC. We have to justify those new $13 billion aircraft carriers.

But it's still better we are the one's that have them.

As you know I have been to China several times and the poverty in rural China is....astounding.

That's a poor rationale for such a massive waste of money. China and Russia are putting their efforts into submarines and missile technology. Much more bang for the buck.

We use the excuse of 'force projection' as a rationale for aircraft carriers officially. The thing is, we already have force projection with our hundreds of bases worldwide.

Right now there are 2 carriers in the Mediterranean and 2 in the western Pacific. They are there to project force to the Russians and to the Chinese. In reality, these 4 carriers have not caused either nation to pause for a second.

 

Don't fool yourself.

We are more than capable of protecting our carriers and neither China nor Russia would DARE mess with any USN. Carrier Group.

Now force projection from bases is what we are all about but in the event we do not have an adequate base...we have the carriers.

And they fear our carriers.

Those carriers are nothing but an expensive way to strut around and act tough while doing nothing. The US risks making a laughingstock of itself in doing so.

China, Russia and the US are all of afraid of war with each other. That fear is not going to China and Russia from pursuing their perceived legitimate interests, however. 'The world' is no longer the US's exclusive sandbox.

 

Just remember.....the Free Electron Laser or FEL's deployment begins in 2020.
