I'm seeing Orsk...in Orenburg oblast, is under water from a dam break?...220000 population, of which 3/4 is underwater?

Scammers and looters are busy I'm hearing. I'd be curious what caused the "dam break"?

And I would really like to see the post that I had confidence that the US was behind the Nordstream bombing. As I recall you and others thought it was Russia(?). I don't know who did it I just knew that Russia bombing their own multi-billion dollar economic asset was crazy. You apparently didn't for some reason? Why is that?
