And without science we'd still be thinking the Lord made us get sick to punish us for not burning enough cows to him.
This is a joke right???? This silly institution tried for years to convince the world that the sun goes around the earth... in fact they imprisoned or burnt at the stake some who dared disagree... And yet the fact remains the earth goes around the sun! Taking anything this abusive mid evil backwards thinking institution claims is to put oneself in the position of supporting fools...IMHO!!!
That you cling to belief in an knowable entity (whichever of the thousands) indicates a lack of understanding what science actually is. Thus is anything you state about it mere unqualified opinion.
Extraordinary claim with no evidence- A man was killed on a cross, was dead for 3 days, and came back from the dead. There is no evidence for that...except to say "The Bible proves that the Bible is true!!!!"
I may regret this, but According to the big book of myths legends and folk tales there were Jewish slaves in Egypt for 430 years. Fact (I know I'm dealing with a religious zealot so facts are irrelevant, but here goes anyway) there is not a single written document, on clay or papyrus, that mentions this, nor is their mention of 10 plagues (you think they would have noticed) or that 603,550 able-bodied adult males (not counting), wives, non-fighting men, livestock and children got the go ahead from the Pharaoh to leave. Again you think someone would have made a note that about half the population of Egypt was leaving and later the economic impact this had on the empire. Not a word has been found. The most plausible explanation is that it never actually happened.
Ever heard of J. Warner Wallace? He's a retired cold case detective who analyzed the story and found it to be factual. FYI he was an atheist trying to disprove the story. http://coldcasechristianity.com/category/videos/ - - - Updated - - - I highly recomend you watch pattern of evidence. The exodus did indeed happened but not in the riegn everybody thinks. - - - Updated - - - Extraordinary claims without evidence.
