You mean she WASN'T a brave strong protector of the World and Everyone in it!?

I mean she saved hundreds of people from the terrors of ...drum roll....SHOPLIFTING!

Her bravery at shooting an unarmed FLEEING shoplifter will go down in Gun-Toters Hall of Fame!!

    (heavy sarcasm alert)

She is a perfect example of why we need stricter gun control laws.

And stricter control of, and stiffer penalties for, these berserk hero-wannabes.......

If that goofy woman had fired a gun towards me, near me, or near anyone I cared about ...I would take her to civil court and sue and sue and sue until she was penniless..

On one hand, I say she is wrong.
On the other, I say when scumbags steal. Fire away. Just make sure you are a good shot.
Train and practice. I have a friend whos son and his girlfriend "just" shoplifted and killed a woman fleeing a WalMart parking lot.

It wouldn't, but I understand why you'd feel that way. The knockout game, on the other hand, would probably come to an end if ever thug who attempted to assault an innocent victim was shot for his/her troubles.

And if people starting randomly shooting at jaywalkers, maybe jaywalking would disappear as a crime?
I hope this menace gets charged with attempted murder and is never allowed to touch a gun again.

    I'm sure she would disagree.

There's a reason that gun nuts are referred to as gun nuts.

...and today, it has been announced that the woman HAS been charged.

For once, the NRA was caught napping.

Do you realize that society used to crucify people who stole? (I mean they literally nailed people to trees for stealing) And yet they still stole.

Maybe we need to stop thinking about how to punish criminals and start thinking about how we prevent them from wanting to commit crimes in the first place.

Buy her lunch, and give her 50 cents for each bullet she fired.
