    • New data shows Hispanic and Latino voters increasingly voting against Democratic candidates for public office.
    • Experts cite Democratic policy positions as reasons for the shift.
    • The magnitude of Latino voters’ shift in support suggests a realignment in favor of Republicans.
Hispanic and Latino voters, especially among the working class, are gradually shifting their support to Republicans after once being a heavily Democratic constituency, according to several surveys analyzed by The Wall Street Journal on Thursday...

…Looking at these trends, experts point to a broader re-alignment of political coalitions, with the Democratic Party unable to rely on high Latino support akin to the 71% who voted for President Barack Obama in 2012.

“They’re voting on economic issues and on the cultural drift of the Democratic Party,” said Mike Madrid, a Republican political strategist in California, to the WSJ.

Another consultant, Patrick Ruffini, put it bluntly: “Today, it’s mostly just white progressives against everyone else.”…

This Daily Caller News Foundation article reveals the hard news of an ongoing transition and realignment. That of Hispanic Americans from mostly democrat to Republican. It is driven by middle and working class members who hold to traditional values and religious belief.,

Hispanic Americans are openly rejecting the secular and socialist drift of the democrat party and are moving to the republicans. They are mirroring non Hispanic whites breakdowns along urban vs rural, religious vs secular, capitalist vs socialist, gun rights vs grabbers, pro life vs pro death, etc.

The walk away from the democrat party movement is strong among Hispanic Americans. The democrats have abandoned them just like they did with the rest of the working class.

Not surprising. The privileged gentry hold the working class in great disdain.
