Hahahahaha! Sure, son. Just keep telling that lie to yourself. Especially as Russia keeps printing money because it has run out. I laugh at you and I laugh at your lies.

Russia oil and gas revenue is down almost 70% and that is the vast majority of your exports. That is how Russia finances itself. You can keep lying but no one knowledgeable believes such horse crap.

Worse, they are highly diseases with TH (antibiotic resistant TB) and things like AIDS. Plus alcoholism is destroying their population especially the men so that way back in 2004 the men had an average life expectancy of just 66. Their education system fell apart for the vast majority in 1985 so the last cadre of competent people are now in their 60's.

Russia relied upon western companies to do everything technical, that is now gone, and the few remaining people with education and skills are entering their final years. It doesn't matter because Russia is a dead man walking.

There is the official exchange rate with a million restrictions to prevent people exchanging rubles to dollars and then there is the real market rate half to a one third that. I'm a free market without Putin's endless restrictions blocking exchange it would be worthless. Not even Russian want that worthless paper.

It's funny he mentioned Zimbabwe since that is a very good indication of where it is headed.

I didn't major in Economics, but even I am well aware of what it means to real economists when a country's national debt-versus-GDP goes beyond 77%. Internationally-respected economists have said for years that when a country goes beyond that point, they're setting in motion the mathematical inevitability of default and insolvency if it is not corrected!

    Links:

https://corporatefinanceinstitute.c...o, the,the domestic and international markets.
    https://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/debtgdpratio.asp
    https://www.pgpf.org/analysis/2017/...bo-warns-fiscal-outlook-remains-unsustainable

Now, if you point out that WE in the United States have been at levels above 77% since the Obama regime was installed in 2009, and you dare to point out that both of our main adversaries, Russia and China are at levels well below 77%, you get called "Ivan", and "Comrade", and "Vatnik" (whatever the hell that is) by people who evidently have no idea of even what the hell you're talking about!

Meanwhile, because the hyper-overinflated, 'almighty-god' stock market soars up into even further overvaluation, all these smug critics are 'as happy as pigs in sh*t', and nothing else matters! In sum -- this will not (NOT) end well!

One thing is for certain, I'm not your son. Can you hear me or do you need to turn up your hearing aids? I figure you're around 80, just like a couple of others commenting here. Too far down the Cold War delusion rabbit hole to remotely understand anything beyond the county, not country, county you live in.

That's 7 figures after the current forex conversion rate, boys. Last year was 25 D, now run along and look up the share structure and yield.

But that's irrelevant other than pointing out Russia's economy is doing fine regardless of sanctions. I mean, if you've got a ranch-style or double wide, that's cool. You do you and I'll do me.

Why do you ignore the data and continue to make these facially absurd assertions?

The absolute amount is not a good metric. Important are the relation between the earnings and the spendings. 1 million roubles is around 11000 USD. You mean most of Americans earn more than 5500 USD per month? According to FORBES it is not actually true: https://www.forbes.com/advisor/business/average-salary-by-state/

Of course, one way ruZZia seeks to prop up its ailing economy is by exploiting Africa, fomenting and backing coups to help them sell weapons and steal natural resources..

This not me relying on anecdotal musings friend .. Was you talking about "These folks you talk with" .. and somehow this translates to me going on a vacation .. in Moscow .. which would be great .. but they not just letting folks like me into the country at present .. but that aside ..have we not gone a bit far down the loopy doopy lane friend ? "Vacation in Moscow" ?! There are not many flappers in Moscow I don't think but what has this to do with the median income of average US citizens and your getting it wrong by 300% .. and flawed perspective on the basis of flawed assumptions. Was not Russian's hiding in every closet responsible for this error friend..
