Former Gaza head Mohammad El Halabi Is to face court basically charged with supporting terrorism with Funding (some of it Australian government money) to Hamas terrorist group. Mr Costello, the Australian head of World Vision has been reported to deny the charges and support the actions of the previous administration in Gaza.

So now many in the world is looking to see the validity of the claims and why a charity would hide its expenses from the public it so willingly takes from. When Abbott is calling for

The question has to ask ‘when is Australia going to get serious???’

At present since UN resolution, there appears to be a considerable amount of Jew bashing happening in this part of the forum. So why is Australia happy to ignore terrorist support???

Over the years there has been considerable debate over previous wars while claiming condemnation over terrorism. Yet, when faced with the prospect of having to provide military support to stop it… well I think the picture is set.

Considering the issues of supporting terrorism or not, when is Australia going to get serious about this???

More charges, while the government continues to freeze funds.

    FROM THE SAME LINK.

Rhetoric is changing from world vision while they hedge the bets, no vehement denial now.

I wish I could be less cynical for this but the call for religion to be part of the solution would appear to me to be rather fractious. While we have one charity member facing charges of supporting religious base terrorism while asking for money to help the affected and afflicted we have another trying to push further the charity wheel barrow on religious grounds.

This organisation is getting seedier and seedier.
