To little to late Microsoft. Seriously Microsoft, you should have done some focus groups of your target demographic before your failed reveal, abysmal E3 showing, and now complete reversal of DRM and limiting game trading. How you did not know that we gamers would flock to the PS4 shows either ineptitude on the part of Microsoft, or worse, a willful ignorance of what your customers want in lieu of what MS wants.

Pre reveal I was a die hard rabid XBOX fan... now I am going back to Sony because at the end of the day they are still $100 cheaper. Way to screw up a good thing Microsoft!

They're already doing damage control, and their system hasn't even been released yet. NOT good. It's almost exactly like what hurt Sony this past generation. Too expensive (PS3 was $600 at launch), questionable game lineup, poor E3 performance, etc.

To be fair, the PS3 did win Blu-Ray the HD optical media wars for Sony.
