At 16:09 in the video, YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki cites biological gender differences as the primary reason for the lack of women in Tec. Women are generally more interested in people than things and with men it's the opposite. The CEO of Google agreed. There's an irony here in that James Damore, a former Google Engineer, was fired when a memo he wrote offering the same explanation became public. Excerpts from Damore's memo.
