So now there is more evidence the State didn't turn over to the defense. It seems the State has done a sloppy job with this case. They are surely not interested in the truth as much as trying to convict an innocent person so Corey can score political brownie points.

No sweat .... simply introduce it at (pre)-trial ... the judge will simply state that this doesn't affect the facts of the case ... and the case will proceed to trial.

 

And I would agree if this was not the only thing or example, but the state has shown a pattern of holding back information. Judges don't like that.

 

You've run-out of judges to remove from the case ... the courts hate that worse then any alleged prosecutorial misconduct before any (pre)-trial.

As is typical, you have it wrong. Nothing was hidden from anyone. The paper even says the information was provided to the defense by the state! I would not rely on the gzlegalcase website for info.

It depends on whether or not Judge Nelson is brave enough to do the right thing and grant immunity. There is no doubt it is the right and legal thing to do but I don't know if she has the courage to do it or if she will fold under political pressure.

The defense will be singing that tune non stop... that the prosecution was uncooperative They have nothing else..

Note the date.. March 23... They have had this stuff since April.

These photos prove the State is hidning evidence. The black and white photo was given to the defense for one reason: To hide the details of George's injuries. In today's digital age it is much easier to email a jpeg or even put it on a CD than to print out a photo. This was done on purpose by the State and damages their credibility.
