It's not going to work out, sorry.

    Consider the facts.

TM was walking home from the store.

Z sees him and decides that he's going to jack TM up because he hates blacks because they always get away. So he calls the cops. When the cops don't go into a full panic and come rushing to plug TM Z decides that he will. So he gets out of his car and starts to hunt down TM.

TM is on his phone chatting with a girl and he notices that Z is acting creepy toward him. So he takes evasive action to avoid the creep Z while still chatting on the phone.

Then, wham!! Z catches up with TM and tries to take him down. TM is still on his phone.

    Bam!

    TM gets shot.

Z, being a crafty creep who has now committed murder, knows that he has to cover his tracks. The cops can get away with killing a black guy but he's not a cop. He's just a wanna be cop.

So Z whacks himself on the back of his head and in the face with his flashlight. It's raining so he's able to wash the blood off of his flashlight.

The neighbors come out. The cops show up.

    Z spins his lies.

The cops, who are not the smartest investigators in the country, treat Z with kid gloves because they would have shot TM if given the chance themselves.

Z calls his dad who gives him legal advice.

The cops screw up the investigation and the local prosecutor sees no reason to charge Z with a crime for killing a black kid in Florida.

The story gets on the news and the legal beagles realize that this is the 21st Century and not 1913 so they charge Z with second degree murder.

The country is instantly polarized. A large segment want a trial and justice for TM because they know that it's not a good idea to allow people to kill others who are just walking home minding their own business.

Another segment instantly brands TM as a thug who deserved to get killed in cold blood. When the y find out that Z is South American hispanic they give him a pass because he did kill a black guy after all. So he's their hero even if he isn't really white in their eyes.

Z ends up with a 6 white woman jury. If they find him not guilty it will be comparable to the Dred Scott case results. Blacks will not have any expectation of justice, at least in Florida. It will be the day that the idea in the Pledge of Allegiance died.

We knew they had nothing, but did any of us think it would have been this bad? People should be fired over this disaster, my God. When your own investigator tells you Zimmerman is totally believable it's time to hang it up.

This is embarrassing, but know what? I still find it hard to believe they will let him totally walk, this country just does not work like that on these matters. As wrong as that is it's the fact of the matter, maybe,,just maybe this case may change things.
There are people out there that are actually saying they believe Zimmerman let Travon beat him up...LOL

I'd say that's waving the white flag......

But T is quoted (by his girl friend Jeantel) to have said 'why are you following me'....

Seems to me that believing T was facing the business-end of a handgun held by Z, just saying 'why are you following me' then Z just saying 'what are you doing around here?' is more than a belief, it is a significant leap of faith. There is no evidence proving that Z was holding a gun on T. If there is, please post it.
