    George Zimmerman to appear on Hannity show tonight

    George Zimmerman will appear on The Sean Hannity Show tonight for a full hour in his first media interview on the killing of Trayvon Martin, TVNewser reports.

    The Fox News show airs at 9 p.m. ET.

    The Florida neighborhood watch volunteer is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Trayvon in a gated community in Sanford on Feb. 26.

    He told police he shot the 17-year-old in self-defense after the teen repeatedly knocked his head to the ground.

    Why not? Because of Florida's sunshine laws and a corrupt prosecutor, the media is allowed to fabricate outright lies and innuendo like Christina Mesa with stuff that will never go to trial yet is allowed to be published as fact without even a hint of evidence to prove it, with the simple reasoning that it will destroy George Zimmerman regardless if he is found guilty or not. Therefore anything that George says in his own defense in public is a good thing for him.

    This doesn't strike me as a very smart thing to do, whatwith the ongoing case and all...

    If he wants to get his side out in various media outlets, I guess that's his business...

    It just doesn't seem like a great idea...

    That's a tough call. I mean, I'd enjoy the extra security from having a guy like GZ around, but Tracy Martin is so puddin' tame. You can shoot and kill his son, and all that the Crippin' all Time gangsta will do about it is hide his gangsta tattoos and take a vacation to Europe. So...either have an overly-protective guy who dreams to be a cop, or a wash-out weeny "gangsta" as a next-door neighbor? Hmm...

    I gotta say, I am impressed with the guy (Zimmerman).

    I find him strikingly sincere. And not at all goofy, as I might have first though with all the media misleading and distortion I've read on this forum.

    Then why do you say that it's a bad idea for Zimmerman to talk to the media while the prosecution has no problem with leaking every "discovery" that they find, whether real or imaginary, to the media for the sole purpose of destroying Zimmerman's reputation?

    Honestly, George Zimmerman is a way bigger person than I could ever imagine being, because him saying that he wants to meet with Tracy and Sybrina, at some point, I mean I cant even imagine meeting with these people who are lying about how their son was, they knew he was agressive, I just cant believe he has the balls to want to do that after everything.
