    There is no evidnece to support that claim.

    Just because he said it does not make it true if you take into account Witness 8 testimony.

    This move strikes me as a very good thing to do. Given he is where he is in large part because of public opinion, it makes sense to appeal to public opinion in this case in order to take the heat down a notch or two. Certainly looks a lot better than hiding.

    Didn't see much of the interview, but from what I did see, it appeared to go well, making the move that much more sensible. Good for him.

    Yep, it was a space alien that gave GZ a broken nose, two black eyes and contusions on the back of his head........I mean, seriously, at this point you "progressives" have simply got to come up with a different theory or you just look like fools.....I'm reaching out to you here.....seriously, please come up with something, anything that is better.....makes for a better thread.

    The first two items are hearsay, and there are numerous examples of valid self-defense wherein the victim shot an unarmed person.

    P.S. What part of Zimmerman getting his skull smashed isn't sinking into your skull?

    MSNBC's 10 PM Lawrence O'Donnell already gave an account at 10:32.
    They twisted the words that both Hannity used to ask the questions and also
    the responce.Hinging on the question Hannity asked if Zimmerman would have done
    anything different.And Zimmerman saying something about how it was God's desire.
    As if God made him do it.It was God's fault also.God had a hand in it also.
    And then harping on how if Zimmerman had No Gun this entire tragedy would never
    have happened.
    How about the Real Fact.That if Trayvon didn't try to act The Gangsta this never would have
    happened.That's what happened here.Trayvon was demonstrating how Gangsta he was.
    From the Hoodie to his " You got a problem with me " to his smashing Zimmerman in the
    face to start it all off.
    I just don't see how the Trayvon defender's are capable of eluding the hardened fact that Trayvon
    not only initiated the first contact but took the first blow.
    Don't forget how the MSM Lied directly and repeatedly about how Trayvon was
    literally Incapable of any such thing.Like it was impossible for the little innocent Trayvon
    ever starting a fight.I hope O'Mara does a thorough investigation and we find exactly how
    incapable litle Trayvon was in starting any fight.
    I bet little Trayvon has a history of being a bully.Starting fights.

    One witness statement says GZ was on top and another witness statements says TM was on top. Do any of these statements prove he was sucker punched?

    Witness 8 says that GZ was talking to TM, heard some scuffling, and then the phone went dead. Does this statement prove he was sucker punched?

    Inuries show that GZ had minor injuries? Do any of these show he was sucker punched?

    The answer to all three questions is no based on the available evidence.

    I have a better idea: someone smashes your head into concrete until you tap out, but you can only tap out by admitting that having one's head smashed into concrete is potentially lethal. Don't want to admit that? Then you'll continue to have your head smashed into the concrete, since apparently it's no big deal, Mr. Progressive. :)
