Zimmerman Trial (Wednesday July 3rd.)

I agree, marty was stupid enough to ambush zimmerman who luckily happened to be armed or marty might have killed him or at least caused brain damage pounding his head into that concrete

 

This case is only partly about race.

The racial aspect comes from interpreting the remarks the Zimmerman made in his 911 call.

Public opinion and press coverage have made it a racial issue in the minds of the general public, but not in the case itself, which hinges on where Zimmeran was, what he did, and why he did it.

Race is also an issue because of the unrelenting campaign by the far right, and by bigots everywhere to blame the victim.

This case is also about "Stand Your Ground" laws. When liberals opposed these laws in Florida, they described their worst case secnarios. The Zimmerman case is that worst case scenario.

It also goes to the wisdom and safety of allowing people to wander around in public carrying a loaded weapon with a chambered round.

George Zimmerman is a loser and a poor liar (as most losers are). He's probably a bigot too,. But he's not on trial for that.

 

Then in turn Martin's thug wannabe attitude should be shown.

 

Zimmerman claims he was scared, so did the gun give him the courage to walk into darkness after someone you can't see.

 

Well finally a Trayvon junkie at least admits it was not a racist incident. Trayvon stupidly physically attacked a man who posed no physical threat to him. S.T.U.P.I.D!

 

Martin didn't ambush George.. He was 15 feet away when he asked idiot George "why are you following me?"

George was too stupid to answer.

 

I heard the rationale for Liberals to aggressively support Trayvon is simple.
They need to keep Racism or the race card alive.Their politics depends upon it.
meaning this Trial IS Political.Making sure Zimmerman got charged WAS
Political.To give off the impression Liberals and Democrats care more about
minority than Republicans.I guess that explains why the KKK was founded by
Democrats.Why it was the Democrats,even J.F.K. who voted Nay on
the 1957 Civil Rights act that Republican President Eisenhower called for.
Why it was Southern Democrats responsible for Jim Crow and a poll tax.
It was the democrats who after 1870,gradually regained power in the Southern
legislatures thru paramilitary groups intimidation,attacking blacks and preventing them
from voting.
Such Irony.Now we have a Black President targeting Conservatives and Christians
and the Tea Party making it all but impossible to organize tax-exempt groups
to support their candidates.While Media Matters operates as if some
charity as the liberal arm of this White House.
We're being managed by the managers.That is what the Zimmerman Trial is about.
To manage We the People into some politically correct box,where it is
considered improper to even consider blacks as defendants.

 

Who knows, maybe. But he didn't expect to be jumped simply for walking through his own neighborhood watching someone in the public space.

Hold it now.So being told for months on end that Trayvon was
" Just walking home ".Strike that.It was INSISTED for months that Trayvon
was " just walking home " and now yer changing that narrative.That maybe
Trayvon WASN'T " just walking home " that he stopped and goofed off and
took a cell phone call and then eyeballed George and then instead of
" just walking home " Trayvon managed to cell phone his dislike of
this " creepy a$$ cracker " as he continued to eyeball George Zimmerman.
Explain where the Grand Mal lie " Trayvon was just walking home " came from.
I think the public needs an explanation.

This trial would never have happened had the race pimps not arrived in force. How ironic that Martin is the only one hurling racial epithets.

 

The liberals keep trying to harp on SYG. This is not a SYG case. This is not a SYG Defense. It is simple self-defense. The State desperately needs to smear Zimmerman with any mud and nonsense and BS that the can convince the Judge to let in.

The Prosecution has no case on the merits of the evidence. Just as the Trayvonistas here will troll the thread with nonsense and falsehoods and exceedingly uninformed all day long.

 

Or if it can be proven that Martin knew Zimmerman was a cop wannabe.

 

Ah yes, another apologist for the GOP, narrating the cherry picked spin of US history, which rests on the false assumption that the Democrats of 1870 are the same people as the Democrats of today.

In case you weren't paying attention, George Zimmerman murdered someone, and there is no question about that.

Of course, there was going to be a trial.

 

This case was race driven like no other in my recent memory.
Now Trayvon Parents Lawyer went public the other day pleading that
Sybrina and Tracy { all 3 of them } made a video Insisting that the
Martins never wanted this to be about Race.That it isn't about Race.
You have got to be Kidding.
This is the kinda IN YER FACE crap one should expect.
Of course Crump encouraged and helped Sybrina and Tracy make it as
plain as possible that this was ALL about Race.All About how a BLACK youth
was followed { stalked " hunted down like a rabid dog " } and murdered.
Jessie Jackson went so far as to tell a crowd that Trayvon was shot in the
back of the head.Al Sharpton Insisted for weeks that Zimmerman was
NEVER arrested,let alone Questioned.That was the foundation for Demanding
Justice for Trayvon.That Zimmerman was just allowed to go home.

 

Actually, it's the other way around. Right wingers here keep trying to argue the case on SYG merits. even though their hero already waived that hearing.

Sorry, you can blame the victim, and parse the facts all you want, You can't erase the fact that George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin.
