I learned something today.That a judge can in fact give a Jury Instruction
BEFORE the closing arguments. It happened in a Cincy Trial today
where the Great Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters reigns.

 

Wow. If you ever have to defend yourself. Better hope it's not someone that looks like they could be Obamas son.

 

Lots of retired military folk in Florida who not only have weapons but know how to use them and will if required.

 

If it is, it will be because of the threat of riots.

 

Congress needs to hold hearings on this travesty....but only possible most likely if George is found not guilty....then it would even be a stretch...too many cowardly pc republicans in congress more interested in their political careers than in Justice in America.

 

Wow you must not have watched any of the trial. Good saw Martin on top of Zimmerman pinning him doen with his arms moving in a downward motion toward Zimmerman VERY shortly before the shot was fired.

 

What other witness do you imply?

No one saw anything and no one was precise in what happened. Even the experts for the defense claimed they had no actual details from Zimmerman. They also stated it was possible Zimmerman was wrong.
The medical examiner for Zimmerman also made the statement you can never trust a witness because most of the time they are wrong.

The painting of Zimmerman as a wimp made his instructor seem disingenuous though he admitted he had been training for an extended time in martial arts.

The painting of him being obese when he was obviously not. Women date men and they would disregard and statement saying 5'8 200lb person can't move.

Don't count 'em out and Never forget the vet. His testimony was powerful and moving. Quite believable.

 

We're at the close of evidence and I'm still trying to figure out what the prosecution's theory of events might be.............apparently they finally admitted today, through the dummie enactment, that Trayvon was on top.....wow, that only took 17 months and a two week trial to get to the truth that was obvious to everyone but blacks, self-loathing whites and the MSM.......

 

Yeah. The Sanford PD and district attorney weren't willing to RAILROAD Zimmerman for political reasons.

 

I'm also trying to find the article from (I think) the Orlando Sentinel talking about the jury. He (the journalist who wrote it) said that the jury's body language seems like they might already have their minds made up on a verdict and want to start deliberating. Also it's mentioned they are taking less notes and asking for less breaks. I can't find the link, though, darn it.

This judge needs to be removed for mental instability.

 

I wonder if the testimony of that poor woman who cowered in her locked bedroom with her child and some rusty scissors, while thugs ransacked her home, resonated with the mothers on the jury.......? That, coupled with GZ coming over afterwards and changing her locks might just make a few of those jurors feel warm and fuzzy. Not to mention that most white families have a member who has had a negative encounter with a young black male bodes well for GZ. But with an all female jury who was subjected to the absurd MSM propaganda on this case for over a year.....who knows...

 

She is OBVIOUSLY trying to disparage Zimmerman, IN FRONT OF THE JURY, by making it appear that there is "something wrong" if he does not testify.

Judicial Watch announced today that it has obtained documents proving that the Department of Justice played a major behind-the-scenes role in organizing protests against George Zimmerman. Zimmerman is on trial for second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in February 2012.

Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the DOJ on April 24, 2012. According to the documents JW received, a little-known DOJ unit called the Community Relations Service deployed to Sanford, FL, to organize and manage rallies against Zimmerman.

 

Too bad she wasn't armed, and didn't cap the two bastards.
