I think it will make all the difference. In a case where there are no actual witnesses to the shooting, It all comes down to , who do you believe? Georges version of the events, Or the version set forth by the prosecution. If you believe george , you will find him innocent. If not, proably guilty. So after months of talk about " You got to prove this or that, In the end you don't have to prove any thing. What you have to do is "convince the jury" .

 

There is no version of events set forth by the prosecution. They have not supplied one.

 

It is the last defense made by the stupid. It is all they got. All the trolls should be put on Ignore and left there to circle-jerk themselves until end-of-days.

The Zimmerman case is a travesty of Justice. It is also a perfect display of the assinine nature of liberalism.

Liberals believe in bountiful results, not bountiful opportunity. They want an end regardless of a lack of means. They want Zimmerman convicted regardless of a lack of evidence.

I think you're looking at our court system as it relates to "reasonable doubt" backwards. I isn't that reasonable doubt is raised. Reasonable doubt is removed, removed by evidence and fact. The prosecution or the government must have a strong enough case to remove "reasonable doubt" before it can take life, property or liberty from a citizen. It's not a bad standard.
