I admit what my country is and was Abu, most British people I know have had to face the sometimes painful reality of our past Empire so I have no idea why others cling to the notion that we are the goodies who never lie, knowing our History that we should suddenly have changed?.....it is beyond me.

I saw the film you posted of the Crisis actors and searched a little further, perhaps because I do not watch TV very much the falseness of our News jumps out at me every time I do watch The News.

    http://2012thebigpicture.wordpress....status-is-not-what-the-crisis-actors-portray/

I shall post your film again just for those who missed it ..............I dislike the commentary people insist on putting on films that speak for themselves but ............... there we are eh?

Abu sweet heart, what can I say? You are right, we do not know what is happening in Egypt we can only keep our minds open and listen to every thing and even then just have an inkling of what is really happening.

    no problem my friend

that video which was shot metres away from sit in under complete Ikhwan control says everything about them!

I bet most here supporting ikhwan never invited one to their house and sat for even 5 minutes with one.

In all my life living in Egypt an Ikhwani has never been in my house so how would a foreigner even get to meet one and be an expert to tell me about them!

Only now are we seeing their true faces that our fathers warned us about but we forgot

A question most never ask is why was the Brotherhood banned in a country full of religious diversities living as one?

Another thing which is unfashionable in this day of socialism is that the three tiered systems are the oldest and have proved for all their faults to be the soundest. You have that in Politics, Army, Religion. We had Politics, Crown, Religion. If we are to topple these systems for our own safety we need to do it with great care.

I'm not that interested, Abu. I did notice that reply wasn't a denial, though.

Don't take it seriously. Israel is included as part of the junta propaganda programme. Of course, Israel, the US of AIPAC and the Sauds are leaping with joyous celebration at the coup against the Moslem Brotherhood.

I don't agree. Outsiders see inside Egypt through the lenses of impartial observers- those that haven't been murdered, that is.

Not so much sarcasm as a sudden and unexpected celebration of Mubarak and his propaganda legacy.

Graphic design can be interpreted in many ways too. I expected an Egyptian to have a clue. I was disappointed. In fact, ' Egyptians ' and ' disappointment ' have become closely-connected terms of late.

Ok the Egyptians have just been on tv giving their causalities for yesterday.

173 killed There were over 1,100 injured and only 150 approx have been released from hospital so obviously these are not minor injuries and we can expect more deaths. The Egyptian also admitted they had received several more resignations and also people not coming into work.

At the same time there was talk of ambulance drivers refusing to pick up the injured.....and right now there is all hell going on in a mosque in Cairo. Terrified woman inside mosque saying she cannot find a safe place, no one is safe and there are casualties. Terrified people held up there.
