Nah....I don't buy it. Gene science as it relates to behavior is simply flawed science in my opinion. Take those same males and put them in a different culture, raised with a different attitude towards the opportunities available and raise them with a mom and dad in the home, and you don't have this gang mentality. The gene is concocted to be something its not.

Speaking for myself, if they were found and I had the power to do so, I'd be more than happy to ship them to Oz and let you Aussies pound them senseless all day, between their chores, before and after mealtime, and randomly in the middle of the night to keep them on their toes.

This could keep up until they're all over 21, at which point they'd soil themselves whenever they heard loud noises.

No capital punishment necessary. Deliver the offenders to those against whom the offense was perpetrated. That's a sound punishment for those who had killed someone's brother, son, etc. for fun.

I would bet my bottom dlollar that none of these juveniles involved in this had fathers...sperm donors perhaps, but I bet they had no positive male role models in their lives....not that kids from good and loving homes don't do this sort of thing...but statistically over 65% of violent crime is committed by juveniles and adults raised in a single parent home

If found guilty I'm all for sending those charged to Australia for use as crocodile bait. Another senseless death in America...land of the fatherless, home of the Godless.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Australian man attending an Oklahoma college on a baseball scholarship was shot and killed in what police described Monday as a random act of violence by three "bored" teenagers who decided to kill someone for the fun of it.

Christopher Lane, 22, of Melbourne, was found dead Friday while visiting the town of Duncan, where his girlfriend and her family live. Three boys, ages 15, 16, and 17, are in custody and face a court appearance Tuesday afternoon.

Duncan Police Chief Danny Ford said Monday a woman called 911 after she saw Lane stagger across the road and fall to the ground in the south-central Oklahoma town of about 24,000 residents. Ford said Lane, who was staying with his girlfriend and her family in Duncan, had jogged past a home where the three boys were staying. He said the shooting appeared to be completely random.

Autopsy results are pending. Ford wouldn't say how many times Lane was shot.

Ford said the 17-year-old has given a detailed confession to police but that investigators have not been able to locate the weapon.

"They saw Christopher go by, and one of them said: 'There's our target,'" Ford said. "The boy who has talked to us said: 'We were bored and didn't have anything to do, so we decided to kill somebody.'"

"They followed him in the car to that area, shot him in the back and drove off," Ford said.

Ford told the television station KOCO in Oklahoma City that one of the teens said they shot Lane for "the fun of it."

He said the district attorney is expected to file first-degree murder charges Tuesday, and all three will be arraigned at Stephens County District Court. It wasn't known whether the three will be charged as adults or as juveniles.

While the Post article reveals that certain Australian officials are quick to blame guns for this incident, they've glossed over some of the other factors.

One thing is for sure. Had the victim been black and the teens been white, well, we'd be hearing a lot more about this story.

 

Yea, nothing like shooting some white guy and then being arrested to cure boredom. Geesh....who ever raised these animals should be neutered.

 

I think these were black or minority teens on top of it ... this won't go well ... especially if the NRA has anything to say about *Murdering America* ...

When will we have a march on this by Rev. Al and the others? I hope justice is done. Nothing like gunning down an innocent man out for a jog. I hope we hear the same outrage from the left on this case as we did with their displeasure against the Zimmerman verdict.
