The law is equally clear on immigration....it's illegal.

Even if you can justify using "prosecutorial discretion" to simply let millions evade the law (and I don't think anyone can argue Obama doesn't have the resources to go after many of these people so the transparent pretext of discretion falls apart) no one can claim that the proactive gifting of what is, for all intents and purposes, affirmative rights to green cards is legal in any way at all!

That's where Obama truly nullifies federal immigration law and why the Supreme Court must slap him down, which they undoubtedly will.

Only thing needing to be fixed is stopping people from illegally immigrating into the US, as the law requires and deporting them as the law requires when they are caught in the US illegally. I find it amazing that even Gorn Captain isn't aware that lawyers will lie for hire. When there's a lawsuit you have one lawyer saying to poor plaintiff deserves millions and another lawyer saying he deserves nothing. In criminal case, one lawyers says Ted Bundy should be executed and another lawyer saying he should go free. So, a bunch of liberal lawyers say Barack Obama is absolutely correct and a liberal who dreams of sucking up to President Obama agrees with them.

If we made a national law that all business must use E-Verify when hiring people, we could stop this illegal immigration. Neither side is willing to deport those already here with roots. But we can make them register so we know who they are and how many they are and deport any others not registered. There would be little reason for anyone to come into this country unless they did it legally. Most of our illegal immigration problems would be fixed.
