I just get more and more amazed at the Republican bubble every day. Nothing gets in except what they want in.

It's now apparently all about the 4 dead" patriots" that lost their lives. Apparently the thousands that died during 9-11 weren't as important. Its all about changing the goal posts in the investigation.

First goalpost, "They lied about it being because of a video". I will ask one simple question...WHAT does the motive change about the attack ?

Second goalpost, "Its about the failures of Hillary Clinton". But since the first "investigative committee", it has been fact that the failures were in the intelligence community (you know, the same intelligence community that the right claimed got the Weapons of Mass Destruction wrong) But hey, they couldn't be wrong on this one

Third Goalpost, "Its a failure of the State Department (which Hillary runs)". Again, every investigation found that the state department had procedural failures, but none of them are, or can be tied to Hillary directly. The requests for increased security were analyzed by the State Department, along with the intelligence from the CIA/NSA and others, and that when put together, didn't justify the increased security But then again we know this because of the intelligence failure already stated in the investigation. Which is why in every investigation they only noted "procedural failures" in the State Department, but laid the lions share of the problem on the intelligence failures

Fourth Goalpost, "Its about the 4 dead patriots". I just wish you would have had this same zeal in the 9-11 hearing for the thousands that died on 9-11. Or for all those who died in Iraq and Afghanistan when we went to war for the "Weapons of Mass Destruction". But hey, that was just because of bad intelligence, so thats ok ?

No it does not. It says the cut the administrations request and that in actuality they had more money to spend than ever. Few if any Federal depts or programs ever really get a cut in budget or spending.
