Up until last week, I was unaware of the existence or revelation of Clinton's e-mails to Kandil, et al, that proved that the administration knew on September 12 that the video had nothing to do with the attack. I don't know what investigation you're talking about, but it's clear in the e-mails that Jim Jordan cited that she did lie to the families of the victims and the American people.

Obviously, she hasn't been cleared of lying to the American people.

All due respect, but if you read the investigations reports, they all say the same thing. Basically they all say that in the week or so following the attack, piecemeal intelligence reports came in with the 2 different motives for the attack. Both were floated, but neither definitively until over 2 weeks after the attack. This is why all of the committees have not pushed this narrative, only the talking head. Don't you think that if they could definitively prove Hillary lied, they would have this all over the front page and have her up on charges of perjury ?

But I still have to ask, why is this the horse that the right is hitching their wagon ? In the grand scheme of things, the motive has nothing to do with the the actions they took ? She wasn't. She was using Sydney Blumenthal for diplomatic consultation. Im not sure why this is so lost on the right. Yes, they communicated on what was happening in Libya, so that he could consult her on how to approach these issue diplomatically, but no classified data was passed. This is a fact. If she was they would have already have her up on charges and you know it.
