well, back when my metabolism was kicking major ass, I once ate a 8lb burger and a about a pound of fries with nacho cheese sauce on them . Took me a little over an hour to throw it all back. I was a very healthy and cut 180lbs. with about 8% body fat at the time . Yeah I was hurting a little bit, but didn't need to throw up and I never ate even close to that amount of food in one sitting before and never tried it again. But if my skinny ass to wreck that, not being a professional eater or anything, I am pretty sure this guy would wreck that burger and fries meal like it was a simple PB&J sandwich lol.

This guys stomach is stretched out, probably about 10 times of what my stomach size at the time I was 19. I have no doubt that this guy could put away massive amounts of food in 7 hours if he paced himself correctly given his physical condition. Eating is all this guy does lol.



But even then, the guy does have the right to sue since their promotion is very clear. like someone else said they should do the same as many other buffets and lay down a time limit that is fair to the restaurant and customer and then make it known so they can't be sued for false advertisement .

But I will also go on to say $2million is way more than this guy deserves by a long shot. He shouldnt get anymore than $5000 for this kind of crap.

MEXICO | The rate of Chupacabra attacks in Mexico has reached a record high in 2015, according to an annual report released Wednesday by Mexico’s National Farmer’s Association.

Chupacabra attack rates have been escalating most years since 2000 with 2014 and 2015 showing all-time highs, two of the hottest years in the past century, raising the question amongst experts if global warming is not at the heart of the problem.

A total of 13.9 sheep were killed for every 1,000 births in 2015, alarming numbers acknowledges Mexico’s President, Enrique Peña Nieto, who has pledged to make Chupacabra attacks a “nation-wide priority”.

“If previous administrations once dismissed Chupacabra attacks as local folklore and urban legends, we now know that it is a reality and are dedicated to fight this plague that has been decimating our farmer’s sheep herds for decades and is a direct attack on our economy,” said Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, on national television yesterday.

“The fact that global earth temperatures have been linked to record-high number of attacks will only further our determination to combat global warming,” he added.

Global warming linked to rising rates of attacks

2014 and 2015 are the hottest years on record in the past century, according to the World Meteorological Organization, and could explain the rising rates of Chupacabra attacks, believe experts.

“Chupacabras are believed to be a cold-blooded species and have not been witnessed in colder regions of Mexico” explains professor of Anthropology at University of Mexico, Julia deSavilla. “Warmer temperatures could help them expand to territories where the climate was not as hospitable before. Other species such as reptiles and insects also have higher reproductive rates under warm temperatures,” she adds.

Local hero and legend, Gaspar Sanchez Villarosa, a retired 94-year-old farmer, is one of the only living people to have allegedly killed one of the legendary beasts.

“When I was about 13-years old, my father told me to stay up all night and wait to see who was killing our goats,” he told a local reporter.

“Around 2 o’clock in the morning, I woke up after falling asleep. One of our goats was making a screeching sound, I lit up my lantern and saw two green eyes in the distance. When it saw me, it did not move, so I slowly put my lantern down on the ground and took a shot at it with my rifle” he remembers.

“It then ran towards the river, bleeding like Hell, and a villager found its corpse down the river four days later. Scientists from the city came and took the body but we never heard from them again” he recalled, still visibly shaken by the terrifying event.

The Chupacabra (translated literally as “goat sucker”) is rumored to be a nocturnal carnivorous creature that inhabits parts of the Americas, with the first sighting reported by Spanish conquistador Hernán Cortés in Puerto Rico in 1512. No specimens have ever officially been captured or killed, but hundreds of eyewitnesses have reported encountering the creature.

It means your meal is free now "get out". Restaurants should have the right to not to serve if the patron is a problem. Spending seven hours at the establishment is not "ok".

The restaurant offers all you can eat, but it is implicitly understood that you can't just live there all day. They are offering you a meal, not room and board and three meals a day.

This man has a medical problem. Be it physical or mental, that isn't the behaviour of a healthy person. The proper reaction should be to hospitalize him and treat it so that he can live more healthily.

 

What part of the phrase "All you can eat" do you not comprehend? Are you part of the "Do over" crowd? It's what they cry when things don't go their way.

 

If this was a real story and if this gaboomka got it to court he very well may be compensated for his damages which may amount to the cost of the all you can eat buffet. There are no other damages. There is nothing in the story that says the staff insulted him such as calling him a "fat pig" or a "tube of lard" or "tiny". Even given the size of this gaboomka it have severe doubts that even this pig could have eaten 50 pounds of food even in the 7 hour time frame.
