You question my integrity but offer no proof, nothing, that the story isn't real. Enjoy your life in Double Standard Land.

Your integrity is not in question.

Proof? You mean I should prove your parroted talking points from a satirical news site is false?
I know you are incapable of any independent reaserch or thought so let me help:

    News article
    TLC show listing
    IMDb discription
    TV guide and apple download

    Incompetent

Anybody who can read and has more than a 2nd grade level of reading comprehension can tell that story isn't true.

I guess technically he may be legally right, but he is one DISGUSTING human being and I have feel no sympathy for his pathetic self-imposed health disaster.

It's the fault of the restaurant.
They should have added more small print and rules.

Seriously... he stayed at that place for 7 hours? Sounds like he took a break and so you could argue that he stopped eating, so that means when he orders again after an hour or so, that he started his second "all you can eat" marathon. But I guess, if you didn't set up the rules beforehand, than you can't set them up "during the game".

heck. the all you can eat places that are around me all got small print.
They serve in small portions. You must ask for at least 4 or 5 of them.
Fail to eat them: you be fined over it per portion.

And they probably have more rules.

Could be the guy from the TLC program who went to the restaurant.
TBH... he looked familiar to me.

Yeah, people probably thought the same thing when they heard kids touring a college were offended by earrings or that a professor of Afrikaan studies cried racism over her unpaid tickets.

Well, I think if you advertise all you can eat for one price, then yes you assume that risk. Perhaps they should add an asterisk "*within one hour" or something. The man should be entitled to at least treble his cost of admission.

Shame Scalia just died--he would have had an ally on the SCOTUS.

Lastly, no restaurant I have ever been in has a chair that could handle all that mass and volume in the photo, so I really really want to see how they seated him in the first place.

They did not charge him, and quite frankly, that giant slug parasite needs to die already. Yes, I said it.

It's people like this who ruin the "all you can eat" business model for everyone else.

Lol, why should he even get that much?
Look, his meal was free, and even if it wasn't,
what exactly justifies the restaurant having to pay out such large sums of money?
If they made a mistake in advertising, it isn't as if it somehow costed the guy $5k,...certainly not $2mill.
Give the guy a couple bucks to cover his travel expense in getting to the restaurant, and then maybe,...
maybe,...depending on how exactly the staff treated him while escorting him out of their restaurant,...maybe $1000 or so for emotional damages (tops)...

Apparently...the restaurant did offer him a significant amount of money already. (I'm assuming that means well over $1k)
The fact that the guy wont accept it just tells me he's just trying to play the system without any regard to whats actually fair and or sensical...

Assuming of course this story is even real,...the pure absurdity of it makes it seem kind of phony.

Edit: actually, lol, their own TOS confirms it!

If I were the owner of that restaurant, I would settle with him for $100,000 - or all he can eat in one sitting. Whichever I figured would cost me less.

Surely its human interest. People like the bizarre. This enormously fat (*)(*)(*)(*) parasite who seems to try to game every system he can at the expense of others, is a pathetic spectacle, but a spectacle none-the-less. He rates zero sympathy. He is disgusting by every apparent metric.

I have a fat slob of a cousin that is on welfare because he is a fat piece of s***. Mind blowing that people can be considered handicapped because they are not capable of putting down food. That is one of the big problems I have with welfare. I personally know a fat a**, a burn out, and a person that purposely did not take care of his diabetes to get on welfare. I do not feel people like this deserve our compassion and money.

I honestly don't know. Clearly a booth is out of question and most chairs have weight limits on them--literally. That guy would need like 3 or 4 chairs just to keep them from collapsing and disperse that load.

Hopefully he gets enough to no longer qualify for government assistance! This guy is not starving by any means. There are plenty of hungry people that could use his government check.
