Right up to the year 2003 where was states laws that could get you arrested and sentence to prison and it did happen not only to gay couples either.

The SC ruling cover a 'crime' that happen in 1998.

If you wish to find arrests that happen between 1998 and 2003 you will need to do the research.

Because if schools are only financed by the property taxes paid in the district it perpetrates class inequality.

You live in a dream world. Any real man is more than delighted to give his woman as many organisms as she can handle. Needing more than one woman at a time is just a sign of male insecurity.

I didn't - you must have reading comprehension issues...

Who has been punished for not agreeing with the gay "lifestyle"? What other groups are you talking about that are denied the ability to marry.

Notice the question marks? I was asking for more information because you have yet to specify but ok...

Religion rule is forced - maybe that's the issue with you people, you cannot differentiate between religious actions / rule and religious beliefs.

Please show me where Jesus said do not bake goods for homosexual couples. I'm sure some passage could be twisted while ignoring all the other passages around it - in the end your religious beliefs does not exempt you from law... sorry

Blue laws are one that can be seen in many areas. Religious "freedom" laws that allow business to bypass state law are the most recent.

Waiting on you to pick which one suits your agenda. I'm not making your arguments for you...

Gay people don't care if you accept them and you are in no way shape of form effected by a gay couple marrying. We don't vote on civil rights, if we did blacks would actually have something to complain about.

You forgot to mention Intelligent Design. Prohibiting sex education. Prohibiting abortion. Opposition to suicide, etc, etc, Not to mention of course the opposition to war, killing women and children, land mines, and all the other ways religion interferes with our God given rights to kill for fun.

Never been to a state where I can't buy alcohol on a sunday.

And again I said there are still quirky laws on the books, but again show me the last time someone was arrested specifically for having butt sex.

"Used to" being the operative words. Social and cultural expectations can be very powerful, otherwise why would so many people get facelifts, liposuction, and breast implants every year. Do you think transgender people are immune from these same pressures? Personally, I have no problem accepting them as they are.

People had been arrested after 2011 for ana sex due to the police not being aware of the SC ruling dating back to 2003.

Nope, I am challenging you to back up your claim that people were being arrested for having butt sex.

Now tell me the last time someone was arrested for plugging the hershey highway please .

    Obviously, you cant.

No, that only defines biological sex. If gender is only about someone's chromosomes, then why are so many people put out when they see a man wearing a dress?

You can be against all those things without religious interference. If you need belief in higher power to have morals I would argue you had none to begin with.

Come to Tennessee. We have a whole host of blue laws here.
Louisiana has arrested people as recently as 2015 for "crimes against nature / sodemy" and had numerous sting operations prior to that, info via the advocate

Every public restroom I've been in has stalls where anyone wishing for privacy can find it. You think many women would be okay sharing the restroom with someone like Michael Hughes or James Sheffield? I still have to wonder why it bothers some people so much when they're supposedly not looking at other people's genitals.

How is GLAD violating regulations prohibiting non-profit organizations from discriminating?

I live in Tennessee , and I am pretty sure I have bought "supplies " on a Sunday for football lol.

As for your story it's pretty vague, one instance is hypothetical and another instance people were trespassing and doing what is considered indecent exposure lol. It's not just gay guys who get arrested for having sex in public .

It gives no real examples, no names, just vague description. For all we know those instances could have been prostitution involved. But of course agenda driven journalism is the new fad.

If it's all the same Steve, I'll wait for your movie to come out instead of reading your book (did I mention that I can be somewhat sarcastic at times?)

Cherry picking secular humanists like yourself are no friend of Christendom in this on-going culture war. Pick a side or get out of the way.

Government imposes an automatic responsibility for the relationship (pregnancy) for both man and woman while in the case one homosexual couple only one member (a woman) can be automatically responsible.

Maybe it's local blue laws. I've never checked into the ordinances East Tennessee here

As for the story - there was no mention of either in the article or in the police report. If they were arrested for prostitution or indecent exposure then I wouldn't have posted the link. They were arrested for agreeing to have gay sex. Nothing more

Public accommodation doesn't single out churches or other religious organizations. It addresses a public need in a space considered open to the public. In fact, if churches were exempted from public accommodation laws, then THAT would be considered a violation of the 1st Amendment.

So says an article with no real evidence other than the word of the author.

You asked for an example, I provided two - which you are unable to discredit so you simply ignore.
That works I guess. Let me guess, now you want three separate examples (stings targeting only gay people probably don't count I would guess) - any other goal posts you want to move around to justify your narrative? I'm not sure if you are excersizing your willful ignorance or your blatant agenda?

Here was an excerpt from the Baton Rouge Sherifs Department:
It's irrelevant - blue laws are an example in which religion imposes itself on society, as are the failed abstinence only programs that created a spike in teenage pregnancies - christofacists are the aggressor.
