It's mighty interesting that Ukraine in such oppression, could produce a literary giant like Nikolai Gogol, what's the African equivalent of Nikolai Gogol?

Besides, the so called "Oppressed" Blacks tend to be richer than the non-oppressed Blacks.

Why else is South Africa which had Apartheid have a richer Black population, while Liberia, and Ethiopia which weren't colonized have a poorer Black population?

Liberia and Ethiopia are still not free from the toxic environment of Africa and like Ronstar has been mentioning to you this entire thread and you keep deflecting for some reason, they have not had as much help after being independent. Read "The Wretched of The Earth" by Frantz Fanon. Even when colonized countries are free, they are still very unstable due to just even the perception of nations to Africa and the lack of aid from affluent countries. This happened with Haiti. Once the french left, they had no ground to stand on because no Europeans would help them so they just ended up relying back on France.

 

I don't deny the Flynn effect, nor do I deny environmental impacts on IQ.

But, even in Europe there seems to be an hierarchy based on "African DNA"

I don't know. Income is not the only environmental factor that affects IQ, we've been over this. Anyway this is a classic point for us environmentalists:

In order to infer genetic causality for a trait ie. intelligence, one has to rear those organisms in the same environment.

Income does not automatically mean same environment.

 

I specifically outlined how Finland didn't gain much financial aid, much like Ethiopia didn't.

But, in terms of intelligence, Finland's become Europe's gold star pupil.

In the U.S.A out of all 51 states / districts included, Washington DC had the most education funding per pupil, and the highest drop out rate, and also the highest Black percentage.

This doesn't fit the "environment model" as the conditions for Greece has been much better than those for Ukraine.

Also use because they have the highest education funding per pupil does not mean the money is used correctly or that the teachers are even good teachers. You can take a horse to the river but not make it drink. If there is no culture, it does not matter how much you throw money at it. Nothing will change. Money is not the ONLY variable. Even prenatal conditions have to be taken into account. Black prenatal conditions are worse

You are also forgetting that Haiti has to deal with earthquakes and natural disasters coupled with their colonialism that has affected their nation. I don't know the amount of aid Jamaica received when compared to Haiti. I don't know the difference in terms of natural resources that both countries have to offer. They are similar in terms of history and are also similar in terms of outcome.

 

Here's a variable: what about oppression and racism that has affected the black psyche today. Why do you want to keep ignoring it and deflecting the amount of oppression blacks faced? Comparing it to countries who have not even remotely faced anything close to it.

Why don't you explain to me why the jews who have the highest iqs in the world still have cranial capacities less or similar than Europeans and Asians. They have a 10 point average over europeans and a 5 point average over east Asia. You race realists love to selectively pick data. At this point it's becoming pointless to debate you. The IQ of Ukraine should rise quite a bit under equal circumstances.

The IQ's of groups actually seems to fit even closer to an increased tendency towards gaining a high BMI, than with cranial capacity.

Which generally Jews, and Asians are super thin, and score high IQ's, while those with lower IQ's like Blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans, Polynesians, and Arabs have a tendency towards being hefty.

Although cranial capacity, and also a higher cephalic index has a proven favorability none the less.

The IQ of Ashkenazi Jews is 103 in Israel, and between 107 - 113 in the U.S.A.

Thus the IQ of Ashkenazi Jews is probably about the same as Asians, when we look at both Israel, and America.\

As I've mentioned before, Ashkenazi Jews have by far the highest amount of mtDNA haplogroup K, which is associated with a more alkaline brain PH balance, which is considered to have a favorable trend on IQ.

Ashkenazi Jews also have very wide, and tall brains, while East Asians have very wide brains, the brains of Ashkenazi Jews are taller.

Also, there's a theory that Ashkenazi Jews have more fat related brain diseases like Tay Sachs, or Gauchers disease, because the brain is mostly made of fats, and cholesterol, that this might lead to a higher level of intelligence when Ashkenazi Jews don't get the 2 variants of the diseases.
(Although thus far this is speculative, and without proof)
