The good results on verbal intelligence performance in Ashkenazi Jews, and Irish actually seems to support a natural selection due to the language shift.

Ashkenazi Jewish Americans shifted their languages from Hebrew to Yiddish to English. (Thus it's very possible the very strong verbal skills of Ashkenazi Jewish Americans come from a sort of natural selection pressure, which favored those who were intelligent enough to shift languages, who could then breed better.

Irish also shifted their languages from Gaelic to English, which seems to once again, support that the Irish who could shift their languages, probably could breed better, under natural selection rather than those would couldn't.

Blacks are culturally American in the sense that they owe their identity of English speaking and other facets of Americans culture. On 15 August 1919, German border guards (Grenzschutz) massacred ten Silesian civilians in a labour dispute at the Mysłowice mine (Myslowitzer Grube). The massacre sparked protests from the Silesian Polish miners, including a general strike of about 140,000 workers,[10] and caused the First Silesian Uprising against German control of Upper Silesia. The miners demanded the local government and police become ethnically mixed to include both Germans and Poles.[2]

The future fate of Poland and Poles was decided in Generalplan Ost, a Nazi plan to engage in genocide and ethnic cleansing of the territories occupied by Germany in Eastern Europe in order to exterminate the Slavic peoples. Tens of millions were to be eliminated, others resettled in Siberia or turned into slave populations.[52] The cleared territories were to be resettled by Germans, and a trial evacuation of all Poles was attempted in the Zamość region in 1942 and 1943. 121,000 Poles were removed from their villages and replaced with 10,000 German settlers.[63]
Under the Lebensborn program, about 200,000 Polish children were kidnapped by the Germans to be tested for racial characteristics that would make them suitable for Germanisation. Of that number (many were found unsuitable and killed), only between 15% and 20% were returned to Poland after the war.[63][64]
According to a 2009 estimate by IPN, between 5.62 million and 5.82 million Polish citizens (including Polish Jews) died as a result of the German occupation.[44][45]

In October 1939, the Nazis passed a decree on forced labor for Jews over the age of 12 and Poles over the age of 14 living in the General Government.[83] Between 1939 and 1945,[61] some 3 million Polish citizens were transported to the Reich for slave labor, many of them teenage boys and girls. At least 200,000 children in occupied Poland were also kidnapped by the Nazis to be subjected to German indoctrination.[100] These children were screened for "racially valuable traits"[101] and sent to special homes to be Germanized.[102] After racial tests, those deemed suitable, were then placed for adoption if the Germanization was effective, while children who failed the tests were mass murdered in medical experiments, concentration camps or sent to slave labor.[103] After the war many of the kidnapped children found by Allied forces after the war, had been utterly convinced that they were German.[104]

I do not think that reading is desirable."[107] By 1941, the number of children attending elementary school in the General Government was half of the pre-war number.[36] The Poles responded with the "Secret Teaching" (Tajne Nauczanie), a campaign of underground education.

Many Eastern European countries are still desperately poor and the wealth gap between the east and west of Europe persists, which drives people out of Eastern Europe. Due to the lack of good educational infrastructure, Moldova cannot launch into the knowledge economy revolution like India or Turkey and Moldovans are not educated enough to seek work in more prosperous countries and send back remittances.
