Oh, I dunno. Could be because it was shown to be a forgery nearly a decade ago?

2009 : FALSE: Obama's Kenyan Certified Registration of Birth

"Another Barack Obama “Kenyan birth certificate” of dubious origin was offered for sale by one Lucas Smith via eBay in August 2009:

This document exhibited many of the same red flags as the previous forgery, including its identification of the location of Barack Obama Jr.’s birth as Mombasa, even though that city was very far away from the part of Kenya in which Barack Obama Sr.’s family lived:

The image is part of the extremely ill-informed conspiracy theory that Obama was born in Mombasa — conveniently, one of the more Muslim parts of the country.

This has always been a red flag for conspiracy theorists, so it deserves some explanation <snip> But Mombasa is a city on the Indian Ocean, a thousand miles to the east. It didn’t even have an international airport until 1979.

In September 2009, Orly Taitz attempted to introduce the second “Kenyan birth certificate” in the case of Rhodes v. MacDonald as evidence that Barack Obama was born outside the United States U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land dismissed the complaint and threatened to sanction Ms. Taitz if she filed any similarly frivolous motions in the future:.
    ...
Plaintiff’s counsel is hereby notified that the filing of any future actions in this Court, which are similarly frivolous, shall subject counsel to sanctions.

A spoof web site, the Republic of Kenya Birth Certificate Generator, allows Internet users to create their very own fake Certified Registration of Birth documents from Kenya."

How would you explain a Kenyan birth certificate? It definitely doesn't look like anything we're used to but it's also from a 3rd world country 50 years ago. How would you explain the Honolulu announcement (which I highly doubt anyone cared to announce the birth of a mixed child 50 years ago), and how do you explain his own brother posting what looks to be his Kenyan BC?

Looks like YOU fell for it.

To repeat, this is a phony BC and it was thoroughly debunked back in 2009.

    Geeze.

I snorted on that part... A lefty telling a righty that he's sorry for their loss... Classic. I bet you've been dying to use that one, but all failed you in November when you lost in every department. LOLOL

I've found over the years that the greater extent to which the left denies a claim, the greater extent to which the claim is likely true.

I'm looking at his Twitter page (which seems to be your only source) and already I think this is fake.

Is there something out there better to complain about because this horse is deader than Saddam Hussein.

All it really does is make the right wingers who fall for this garbage look like idiots. More power!

But we are thankful for those who reveal themselves as the window-licking gullibles they are.

Hey man, if you wanna be a denier then be my guest. I couldn't care less, I'm just here to participate in the thread and I think it would be hilarious to find out that he really was born in Kenya, which wouldn't surprise me at all. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see uncovered, the cover up that he wasn't really born here.

I guess you don't know who Jonathan Gruber is. Heh

Well, my birth certificate isn't on colored paper, the one Obama showed us is. Did they even use colored paper for birth certificates back then? Who knows, but I doubt it.

Look, I'm not saying Obama wasn't born here, what I'm doing is asking Obama to make a better case.

I literally can't tell you if I was born here or not, all I can do is rely on my birth certificate and what my relatives say, right? In the case of Obama, the man didn't produce a BC that every one of us needs to produce in order to get a job - Obama hemmed and hawed until the questions became too great. My older relatives will say they remember my birth, Obama's relatives say he was born in Kenya and then there's the 'mistaken' blurb.

They automatically doubt this because no opinion counts but theirs. If yours is different, they go immediately into rage mode and start their insults. To them, we're birthers, to us, they're deniers. Obama could admit that he lied about where he was born and he would be praised for his honesty and strength to tell the truth. That's how his people are geared, they can't accept a lot of reality so they make up their own. They'll never admit Obama's faults, never.

Very well could be a possibility. Or that his school records which have never been released say he was born there and the publishing house got that from those records or he feared they might find out so he told them that. This thing was reprinted several times and then all of a sudden he corrected it when he decided to run for the Presidency.

That has always been my issue with all this, why was there some much misinformation out there about where he was born yet he let it all remain uncorrected especially something as important as this for the record publication. To believe he never saw it is just incredulous. I have no reason to believe the legal staff of the publishing house doesn't require the person sign off to avoid any legal issues with the information posted. I have ALWAYS had to approve copy and of course put copies of any printings into my own files for future use.

Yes. That's one of those families that you grow up talking about, the whole crew was crazy. Obama's grandpa wanted a boy real bad and ended up with a girl instead, so to make up for not having a boy, he named her Stanley.

A person would have to be really backwards to believe Obama was born in Kenya. They obviously don't know anything about air travel from Mombasa in 1961.
