Paris terror fears as 'radicalised Muslim' is shot dead at Orly airport

All terrorist in France avoided to let their beard grow. Most of them even continue to smoke, drink alcohol or go to the nightclub and continued doing a lot of things muslims consider "haram" (forbidden/impure). The police arrested them for the contacts they could have with terrorist cells or often for owning weapons they weren't allowed to have.

 

Maybe...rethinking this a bit after today?

 

I've been a conservative since I was 12 in 1974. I've never heard one conservative say "to hell with the people".

Funny old world isn't it - We're told by America that we should be very concerned about terrorism and being killed by terrorism while, at the same time, you are happy to go about shooting each other in vast numbers each year.

I stand more chance of being shot in America on holiday than i do being attacked in europe on holiday.....but i don't remember sh!tting myself in worry the last time i visited the states.

I would agree with you but the "taliban beard" is now a bit of a fashion hit.

Big shoulders, lots of tattoo's and a massive Taliban beard is the new cool look with young people.

When my mum was a kid, the enemy was the Germans - Now we do love our German cars and football rivalry.

When i was a kid it was the Irish who were the enemy - Now we do love our Irish themed betting aps and pubs

Currently, its the Muslims who are public enemy number 1 and the Taliban beard seems to be the next big thing.

 

Actually, unless you shoot yourself or holiday in a hood or cracktown, your chances of getting shot are slim to none. People afraid of getting shot in the US, watch too much Liberal news.

But they still harbor utter hatred for us non-Muslims, as when you ask them "did Allah get it wrong when he said that non-Muslims like me are such scum that we only deserve brutal torture after our deaths?", they won't say he got it wrong. So MOST ALL Muslims hate us.

The Islamic texts say that a Muslim woman can't marry a non-Muslim man....do you condemn Mohammad for saying that - for standing in the way of true love? Religions stand in the way of true love (Jesus defined marriage as only between a man and a woman, not between and man and a man, nor between a woman and a woman....Jesus was a bigot, and in 2000 years he's not taken one second out of his days of answering people's prayers to find parking spots or score touchdowns so tell us the Bible got it wrong on marriage and wrong on hating gays.

 

If I can find clear anti-Jew bigotry in the Islamic texts will you condemn Mohammad? If not, then I'm afraid that you are a bigot because you would therefore be empowering bigotry. It would be like asking some one to condemn the Klan and that person not being willing to do so.

 

The Islamic texts are full of stuff that is so crazy that people, even devout Muslims, simply don't follow it quite often (don't eat pork, etc.) Allah was a terrible communicator, as yes, many many Muslims simply don't believe that the Islamic texts are from "Allah".

The 9/11 highjackers certainly didn't, and they were such pious Muslims that they bought into the whole nonsense of basically "kill infidels and I'll reward you with virgins and rivers of wine in Paradise, etc." that the Islamic texts teach to the gullible Muslims.
