If I understand you correctly... The builders of a quantum computer use a remote camera to make a DVR of the building process. Later, some people watch the video. The quantum computer will malfunction. I didn't ask for you opinion. I asked where you got your "fact" that observation by a fly would cause a quantum computer to fail. Ya know, something from the people actually working on it. What position do you hold at MIT?
You screaming your opinion in UPPER CASE does not make anything a fact. I have repeatedly asked you to provide evidence from the people actually involved with building the quantum computer - you haven't.
Take some time and look up D-Wave Quantum Processor experiments. I posted what I posted to you several years ago when I read about it as far as both humans and a fly watching an old digital video of a D-Wave Quantum Processor being observed. This is OLD NEWS and any observation by any self aware entity will result in the same thing. AA
So, once again you could not cite any source. I won't do your research for you. All we still have is your opinion. Also still unanswered.
AboveAlpha has made it clear in other public posts that he was an Assistant Professor, not an Associate Professor, of Physics at MIT. He is also working on the publishing of a new variation of Multiverse Theory with several professors from there as you can read in: The Philosophical implications of Multiverse Theory? He is also an M. D. which comes in handy when he has to give himself stitches or other treatments. If I remember correctly he has had three to five major brushes with death in which he does not remember an out of body experience or near death experience. Only about twenty percent of brushes with death result in the OOBE plus tunnel plus life review experience. I have noticed that many posters here get offended by the way that AboveAlpha writes........ but Ossam's Razor applied to the level of authority he has in so many subjects indicates that he is probably pretty much all that he has claimed to be on this forum. I have been researching climate change since 2007 but I was amazed by his analysis of the probable long term effects. Dr. James Hansen is notable for his objectivity and honesty on all parts of climate change, (especially Global Dimming which complicates the whole topic).... and I believe that Dr. Hansen would thoroughly approve of what AboveAlpha writes here: Is this analysis of the probable long term effects of climate change logical?
That is actually a rather intelligent series of questions considering the astonishing research being done on parrots, and crows, and how creative they really can be.
Bird brains work differently. Organized differently. Anatomically different. It isn't all about size.
Yes....... http://www.cbsnews.com/news/meet-the-human-like-parrot-with-a-vocabulary-of-more-than-200-words/ Einstein the parrot shows off impressive vocabulary skills on 30th birthday http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/6948446.stm Cleverest crows opt for two tools
I agree.....through the process we call Quantum Evolution......Quantum Particle/Wave Forms will by using the NATURAL EXISTING PHYSICAL LAWS such as Stellar Fusion and heavier generation of all elements up to Iron and Supernova generating all heavier elements from Iron and heavier and by Chemical Reaction which generates MOLECULES and etc....Quantum Evolution will continue to cause Quanta then Atoms then Molecules to continue to evolve and arrange themselves into greater and greater complexity until we get the Virus then Life as a Virus is not alive yet has DNA.....then life continues to evolve into greater and more complex biological entities until a life form is so complex it becomes SELF AWARE. So basically we are on the same page. AA
Why do you think the Gov't keeps the UFO stuff classified ? This has always been a strange curiosity.
Why is it that UFOs only landed in America instead of India, China, England, France, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Russia, or Libya?
I am not sure they have landed anywhere but, UFO sightings and what not are not limited to USA ... they go on everywhere. I am actually posing a serious question. Regardless of the validity, or lack thereof, of UFO reports ... why is it that Gov'ts go to such great lengths to keep these things secret ?
Because the aliens know that Americans are the best and brightest people in the world. That's why they wanted to study US.
How do you know what the "Gov'ts go to such great lengths to keep these things secret" if they are secret?
I like this theory........ http://disclosure.media/steven-greer-the-orion-project-memo-chd-5-03/#sthash.NnZzJVCU.dpbs
Not silly at all. You stated that the Govt. is keeping UFO reports secret. How can you possibly know that there are UFO reports that the Govt. is keeping secret if the Govt is keeping them secret? Do you have some special access to secret documents?
There's actually a great deal of information to guide interested individuals to answers to this question. Since 1975, there has been a multitude of books describing and researching Near-Death Experiences (NDEs). The name NDE has been proven to be real, but is a misnomer, since those who experience them don't just come "near" death, but actually die for a short time. Their experiences are well worth studying for glimpses into the afterlife. They won't answer all your questions, but they'll open doors for further inquiry.
Extremely well said XploreR! I agree with near death experiencer Mellen Benedict that near death experience accounts are transforming all religions and assisting them to become more spiritual and peaceful toward other religions....... and toward the non-religious. http://www.near-death.com/reincarnation/experiences/mellen-thomas-benedict.html#a09
I'd like to recommend 2 excellent books. Many Lives Many Masters Brian Weiss MD. Journey of Souls Michael Newton Phd.
Now you are just compounding the silliness You are either trolling or feigning disingenuous ignorance, doing the devils advocate dance, or just ...
There have indeed been "a multitude of books describing and researching Near-Death Experiences (NDEs)". All sold to people desperately hoping for something more. All written by people hoping for something more ($$$). Aside from the anecdotal claims, there is no evidence whatsoever.
