    The point Louisiana75 was trying to make - well, let's put it this way: When Bruce Jenner became Caitlyn, I saw a lot of people on one gossip site I peruse get labelled transphobic and homophobic pretty hard when they questioned the sincerity of the transition. Anyone who even said something mildly critical of Jenner was flamed and it appeared to be the same on a few other places I looked over. Essentially, the overwhelming view was that if you didn't accept Bruce as Cait despite the history of that entire family prostituting themselves for fame, hits, ratings, and money, you were a homophobic bigot. The irony was that these places are also overwhelmingly liberal, and when Jenner's Republican views started filtering out, alluvasudden these same people who were Ride or Die for Jenner started changing their views.

    A defense attorney maybe could make a good case for temporary insanity, depending on the story he told. Sometime like "she" really poured on the romance, love, and talk of marriage and having children and a family and when she saw he was totally hooked, then began laughing in his face with a cruel "gotja!" and that she had been punking him all along for the fun of it - and everyone in the whole world is going to be laughing at how she fooled him and how stupid he is - and he just lost it not because he hated her, but because he had completely fell in love with her and was throwing in his face laughing = it all just a cruel, sick prank that she was going ridicule him to everyone over on the Internet - there for the rest of his life.

    While a jury would likely not buy "insanity," they might go really light on the charge and sentencing not because she was transgender and bigotry, but because she was the ultimate cruel hearted vicious b.tch.

    "Rape and self defense wouldn't cut it. That would just make a judge and jury outraged. The defense has to find a different excuse for his absurd level of rage.

    Actually, it did.

    Briefly, Louisiana75 said anyone who does not accept a trans as their new gender is gonna get labeled harshly. Matt disagreed. What did your post say? Anyone that has this hangup isn't secure in their sexuality? Kind of a personal insult there. How would anyone know how secure someone is in their sexuality or not based on their opinions on transsexuals?

    A SEAL is a Navy sailor.

    He wasn't a SEAL, but saying that he was a sailor doesn't mean he wasn't a SEAL.

    The reality is exactly the opposite!

    While some transgendered m to f genitals have some difficulties looking fully "normal", I would suggest to anyone who wants to avoid the slightest possibility of sex with a transgendered man, you should definitely consider the female sculpted from lots of money and medical work is going to often appear more attractive by normal un-retouched human body.

    Yeah, so why say he was a SEAL?

    If you read that some guy was in the Army, are you going to post he was Delta? Of course not, unless it says he was Delta. Why would anyone say a guy was a SEAL when only the information at hand was that he was a sailor? Struck me as odd.
