Are you referring to the way WW II vets used to put coffee shells in with
    their coffee.

For all the tea drinkers Uptons tea sells great tea. They describe the flavors of each individual tea.

WW II vets are caveman tough. I am just puffed wheat and French's tough - could not find a cave.

But Puffed Wheat is "shot from guns" - that counts for something - dammit!

There's this M.D. doctor lady who has a book out insisting that
most blood pressure meds are Bad for you and don't actually work.
The book is - The Blood Pressure Solution -.
She is absolutely correct.Blood Pressure meds do nothing to
cure Blood pressure. They only create a dependency.
She cited examples of healthy food what actually lower blood
pressure and can eliminate it.She mentioned some Chinese Black
Dragon Tea { or some such wild name } and says in tests with those with
serious BP it works within around 20 minutes.
Plus of course stuff like Beets.Another doctor says most americans are
deficient in B-Complex vitamins and Vitamin D.
That Lady M.D. says most food thought to be Unhealthy like Cheese
and Red meat are good for you. That there's actually foods being labelled and
packaged as Healthy that are anything but.
She did say that sugar is a common enemy of good health.
Most foods labelled as healthy have too high a sugar content.

Some good stuff there Foolie, am doing a lot of what you mentioned. I am going to look up the Chinese Black Dragon tea and see what that is about. My Father told me once that for what ever ailment you have nature has a cure. '
Have you tried the Super Beets?

I have to be very careful when trying so-called health foods. A lot of them mess me up. I also drink tea but I can't handle Oolong tea. I drink my tea sweet and on ice. We like Red Diamond tea... or Lipton.

The Title.Or Maybe the way Marlon Brando had with twisting the Military
around with his pinky in attempts to sofly cajole and turn their minds.
Doing so with far east proverbs and heady doses of irony.
Brando played the small village in Okinawa's Interpreter for the new base
of occupying American troops.Brando was so convincing, satirical and
insightful that moviegoers after seeing the movie demanded their money
back insisting that Brando was never in the movie.
