try the french fries at macdonalds, they go good with macdonalds flavored coke a cola. sweet potato fries don't taste as good because they don't have all the tasty stuff in them like trans fats, cholesterol, and processed salt. good day madam.

Um ... when precisely did " rutabaga " become a " new vegetable ".?

 

New to me. Then again, so are parsnips and rutabagas. And what the heck are 'spring greens?'

My basic recipe for any soup is to use vegetable broth cubes. These go with anything -- beef or chicken or fish or seafood etc.

My basic vegies are a combo of stir fry vegies and cut ocra from the freezer section at the store.

My basic noodles are either flat egg noodles or ramen.

For meat I normally go with mixed seafood (mariscones) from the frozen foods section, or browned and stirred ground steak mixed-in with chopped onions, or like now cooked chicken (from KFC), etc.

You don't really need a recipe. Just combine all (with any of the cooked meats) and stir fry. Then add hot water and boil then simmer and eat.

I simmer everything for about 5 mins. My technical writing final paper in college was about how to kill germs and germ toxins (botulism etc) in foods. You must simmer it for 5 mins.

Girlies who just warm things up in a microwave (like my X-fiancée used to always do) are playing Russian roulette with their foods.

Smoking became popular during WW1 and then the dough boys brought home these bad habits to the girls in the Roaring 1920's (almost 100 years ago).

Like alcohol and heroin which were endemic in the late 1800's and early 1900's the tobacco then became an addiction.

Nasty habit.

And it can give you cancer unless you switch over to a vaping device.

 

Strawberry and lime margaritas are great !!!

But these days I just go with Everclear moonshine.
