One can't imagine China being too happy about nuclear fallout raining down on China.

What kind of silly comment is this ? How is nuclear war not everyone's problem ?

Further how is where one currently lives relevant to the Truth or Falseness of their claim ... Mr. Ad Hom Fallacy ?

    Foreigner to what, the Earth?

Funny thing is - this isn't supposed to be your problem neither.

And yet here we are, aren't we.

Shall I list all of the missiles the United Snakes has fired as a test? Shall I list all of the missiles the United Snakes has fired in earnest? Shall I list all of the nuclear weapons the United Snakes owns? Shall I list all of the nuclear weapons the United Snakes has stationed abroad? Shall I tell you how many people the United Snakes has murdered with the use of nuclear weapons? Shall I list all of the territories United Snakes missiles have been fired "over"? I hope you get the idea soon because my fingers are getting tired writing all of this down.

In the first place? You mean like how most of the American Indians were slaughtered "in the first place"? Is that "the first place you want to talk about?

Let's talk about "the second place" for a moment. North Korea and South Korea are not united because the United Snakes has blocked each and every attempt that both North and South Korea have scheduled.

So blame "the first place" on the Big Bang or evolution or the great flood or the stock market crash or the rotation of the earth if you want. But most of us are really talking about the situation as it is today. MAKING PEACE (if that is our goal) has been thwarted "in the first place" by the United Snakes of America.

The world is at risk... and friend or foe has no bearing on whether a claim is true or not Mr. Ad Hom Fallacy.

Do you know what "Ad Hominem Fallacy" is ?

If not this is not so much your fault as through 12 years of school we manage not to teach the basics of Philosophy (logic, logical fallacy, what constitutes a valid argument) but, this is a debating site so you might want to make an effort to learn a few basic fallacies like the one above ... the one that you have made twice now in two posts.

Shall I start with the illegal invasion of Irak and all of the bombs dropped upon it? The bombing of Hanoi, Cambodia, Laos? What about Nagasaki? Hiroshima?

Both the Iraq wars and the Afghan wars have been foreign policy and military failures. The enemy remains active in Afghanistan and Iraq is now a satellite of Iran and Russia. A nation that can destroy the armies of its enemies and still be unable to achieve victory and lasting peace is led by fools.

Reagan did not authorize the introduction of Stingers into Afghanistan? That's news.

Trump is not a fool. I expect him to wait until NK launches a military strike before going to war.

Fallacy is like the non-existent WMD's in Irak, right? The non-existent proof of satellite images of those WMD's and their coordinates right? The concocted intercepted phone conversation that admitted to the WMD's being present? The fallacy of operations based upon those?

You are completely wrong on all counts.

The invasion of Irak succeeded in its goal - reaffirming the petrodollar and manipulating the natural resources.
The success of the invasion of Afghanistan is still pending how much of the pipeline control the US will be able to barter or steal.

Both are failures in the eyes of those who bought the "war with a righteous goal" lie, but in truth ..... I agree with you that those operations have led to Russia rising as "the good guy" which might never have happened otherwise.

Where do you think that got all this new weapons technology?

“North Korea has made considerable progress on weapons technology this year, including testing a submarine-launched missile for the first time, but it is unclear whether its nuclear material has been developed into a warhead able to be mounted on a missile.

It conducted its fourth nuclear explosion in January and followed it up with a series of missile tests, in spite of severe United Nations sanctions.”

THE INDEPENDENT, North Korean soldiers 'given nuclear backpacks' as tensions rise over joint US-South Korean military exercises, Lizzie Dearden, 8/31/16.

Yes, IMO, there should be no first strike against NK.

I am not going to play games and silly buggers with you. The United Snakes of all the nations on the planet has no right to claim North Korea presents a danger to the world. Your (american) pseudo indignance is water off of a duck's feathers. I support North Korea's, Iran's, China's, and Russia's endeavours to protect themselves and their respective geographical regions from further aggression by the United Snakes. What bugs you is the fact that those nations have a legitimate right to those endeavours. Squak all you like ....... but it will not change the facts.
