Good.. so you are probably a pot head.. No problem. . but don't disconnect from the reality of carjackers, home invaders and armed robbers. They need to be in prison..
or maybe you just have more people breaking the law? I'd be interested in comparing US criminal law to that of other first world western nations. Be awkward if there are more and harsher laws in countries with lower incarceration rates.
Ummmm no. I have never done drugs. I don't ever care to do any. You'll have to actually have something else to address my points with. Your end point is something I agree with though. Yes, violent offenders should be in prison but this has nothing to do with my original points at all.
Anything can be illegal. Making widespread enforcement of certain laws can make laws oppressive. The Drug laws in America are examples of that.
You have to know a bit about American history, its constitution, and some of its laws, otherwise none of my posts will make sense to you. If you don't know about civil assets forfeitures, the drug laws they derived from, the people who were thrown in jail who had nothing to do with drugs, etc. ect, this won't make sense at all.
Are you saying that people who had nothing whatsoever to do with crime or criminals, were somehow negatively impacted by the laws associated with same? That doesn't sound right. If you stay well away from any sort of contact with criminals, how could such a thing happen?
Libya doesn't know whether its Arab or African. Libya is the only place I have ever lived where I was fearful.
Racism is a big problem here. Black racism against whites. We should beyond this in the 21st century, but they just won't let go.
So there's finally some black on black oppressive slavery going on that you can't blame on whites, the Klan or Trump, so you're just going to laugh. Me? I'm grateful that I'm in this country and not over there.
Can you give me an example of people being impacted negatively (as in arrested, or having possessions confiscated etc) despite never having had any contact with crime or criminals?
Then why was Libya placed in charge of the U.N.'s Human Rights Commission? Could it be the U.N. is incompetent, corrupt, and biased against Western democracies?

And the entire bail process is rigged, forcing those without resources to make plea deals. We are a prison state.
Correct; it appeared to be an attempt at deflecting from a criminal justice system that is indeed criminal, and that regularly shreds the Constitution.
