    LOL

I'm sure the next inevitable market correction will be blamed on President Trump, no matter when it happens.

Oh please had Hillary campaigned adequately in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin, she would have won.

No need to worry about a correction, it's already been made.

Republicans have begun to understand what their party really is and they're not happy.

And this tax bill they are trying to ram down out throats is a perfect example of it.

All they EVER cared about were tax cuts for the rich...and Trump will sign anything they pass

Yes, he is; and he's doing such a thorough job of it that leftists everywhere are in awe of his anti-Trump postings. That aside most of his statistics are rubbish. Vast numbers of FORMER Obama voters switched their vote targeting over to Trump in 2016 rather than vote for an openly corrupt piece of garbage like Hillary Clinton; even though she had promised them that she would continue all of Obama's policies. Now THAT should make these pretend conservatives -- whom ALWAYS side with the Left -- to stop and reconsider the meaning of reality.

Translation - the left wants to keep chasing business out of the country instead of attracting more here.

And you believe that? That Democrats have been fighting for the common man, the military, veterans, and lower taxes? *sigh* I wish I could be young again ... like you are.

Possibly. Certainly her arrogance and both her and the Democratic Party's continued disregard for white, male blue-collar workers played a part into the election, but there's no proof to say that, had she campaigned in those states, more anti-Hillary voters would have showed up on election day.

IMHO, Election 2016 was more about who didn't show up to vote than who did. In most states, it was primarily disgusted Democrats who stayed home.

Gratuitous leftist Race Card play. Drink! Thanks. Ironically, tons of Blacks and Browns gave Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton the middle finger to vote for Trump and therefore for Change they THEY could . . . believe . . . in.

You forgot.....Those Democrats that voted for Trump and gave him the win. Put him over the top. Demos in the Midwest and Rust Belt.

Trump was aided by the Russians due to them cloaking Wisconsin. So Hillary couldn't find it. Don't forget that one.

That's the really sad part, isn't it? Bernie Sanders, an open Socialist and Hillary Clinton who only avoided wearing prison orange because it turned out that James Comey really was essentially working for her, actually WERE the best that the DNC could (or would) field during the presidential election cycle. I'm no Trump fan; but it's obvious why SANE people ended up holding their nose and voting for Trump. The alternatives were all much more nauseating.

Why are you afraid to look at more quarters?

Is it because Q2 and Q3 typically show growth over slow Q1 numbers? We'll see how the numbers look a few months. If it's down I'm sure the Trumpettes have their excuses ready to go.

Yes, I believe it. And thanks for saying I'm young, but I'm 55.

I didn't mention the Democrats, so I don't know why you just posted about them.

Trump's base is predominately "true" conservative, although Trump's own conservative credentials are a mixed bag with a wait and see. This is what the opposition and the media did not understand throughout 2016 and do not comprehend to this day. It is the "true" non-conservative establishment Republicans who like a bloated government almost as much as liberal Democrats.

Kinda like the support for Moore."We don't care what a despicable person he is because we think he'll do the political things we want."

Ah, you're right. Got it mixed up ...

Establishment Republicans, Establishment Democrats ... same thing, really. I don't think either one is looking out for ordinary citizens. I think the population knows it. There was an insurgency led by Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders, and the rest is history. Both candidacies were a result of citizens recognizing that establishment Washington is not working for them. If you're wondering how strong that belief is, combine Trump's votes with Bernie's votes, and we have a landslide for change and a landslide against the established political order.

    Great observation.

While I personally recoil from the ideology, thoughts, and plans of Sanders, your point about his voters, and the President's voters, representing a landslide against the Establishment is right on point.

I haven't looked at it that way before.

Our system imploded in 2008 and a lot of people got hurt. Many are still hurting.

What you're talking about is a reaction to that.

People got mad without sifting through the bullshit and just blamed "all of them".

And that's how we got Trump (with some considerable help from Comey and the Russians)

In point of fact Democrats have a far better track record than Republicans. The choice is and for the foreseeable future will be...choosing one of those two parties.

Trump has shown that he will sign whatever the establishment GOP Congress puts in front of him. He has zero power to force them to do any of the things that Trump supporters claim they want him to do.

He is for all intents and purposes...an establishment Republican

Tell me what individual coal miner or factory worker that lost their job was responsible for their mine or factory closing? Govt policy, especially in the coal industry were directly caused by barry's policies. When a presidential candidate publicly says they're going to put you out of business people listen. What is the next industry would this candidate 'put out of business'.
The voter turn out was in the vicinity of the last 3 presidential elections, around 54-58 %, quit being so melodramatic.
Also, Trump was elected because he worked harder and won more EV's, do like sane rational people do, lick your wounds and get over it and try to find a candidate the doesn't suck as much and actually will work for it rather than being crowned.............
Enlarged and in red is the main reason you lost.............and if you're a nevertrumper you lost too.
