We should shun them. And they will die. I'm not responding to @rahl or @Vegas giants. As far as I can tell, they're paid trolls.

Just use the ignore list. The second amendment does not guarantee an audience.

Then we need to amend the Constitution to reflect that.

NYC should never have had that many murders at any time since the Sullivan Laws.

Besides, you need to look at all the nasty urban Democrat cities with gangs running wild in them.

No, it IS necessary; your efforts to corrupt the Constitution notwithstanding.

I pointed this out to you before, but you continue to proclaim we can "interpret" the Constitution. The following proves you wrong.

The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government. But the Constitution, which at any time exists, ‘till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all. … If in the opinion of the people the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this in one instance may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed. — George Washington

George was entitled to his opinion. Thankfully we ignored his opinions on slavery

And was ingnorant of the parts and their function and still didn’t show how a auto sear controls ROF. YOu just added more nails to the coffin of your ignorance. You have to understand the hole card I hold that will seal the coffin, but perhaps you don’t have enough sense for that, so forge on with your vigorous demonstration of ignorance.

His "opinion" illustrates the dangers to liberty people like you represent.

Yeah, we do. We have allowed the government to ignore, infringe, corrupt, and undermine the Constitution at every turn, and it is time to start pushing back.

we really don't. It's why every single right you have is restricted, legally. The 2nd is no different.

....And most of those restrictions should never have been enacted, and if the courts had been honest none would have survived legal challenge. But I know what you're going to say: if the court says it's constitutional then it is... not matter how draconian or abusive to liberty it might be.

The Constitution is entirely too close to being a dead letter at this point.... and people like you only contribute to the depredations against it.

Correct. Unless the courts rule it unconstitutional, it is constitutional.

It really isn't, you just don't understand it.

its worthless on a board like this for someone to say "its constitutional until ruled otherwise" we all know this

using the Miller and Heller paradigms, the hughes amendment and the NFA SHOULD BE held unconstitutional

Why is it worthless? it's constitutional law.

Which is a perfectly acceptable opinion to hold. Until it actually is ruled so, it is constitutional.

Sorry, Bubba, but it is clear to anyone with eyes and two brain cells to rub together that the Courts have become nothing but an entity that rubberstamps governmental overreach and ignores Constitutional precedent and intent. You don't have to like it, but them's the facts.

I clearly understand history better than you do.
