Should Liberals be consided guests on PoliticalForum?

I am not a Liberal, but I am not a Conservative either. Very sad that some Conservatives have such vile opinion of disabled people. I have Moderate Autism and Moderate Depression. Many people have mental disability and can not provide for themselves.

 

Many people fail to see disability in their relatives or themselves.

 

In USA, there are 42.5 million people with Moderate Mental Disability including me, and 9.3 million people with Severe Mental Disability.

 

This should be a mixed forum, as it is. We need a bit of everything to be a viable forum.

 

In many ways, modern Conservatism is a lite version of Fascism, while modern Liberalism is an upgraded version of Communism.

 

What makes you think I was talking about disabled people? I'm talking about people like my useless stepson who finds it hard to keep a job for more than a couple months and cons people into helping him.

No political party 'has a thing to do with Christianity' on account of separation of church and state. Vast numbers of political parties worldwide have Christian members. Christianity is quite popular amongst the citizenry of many nations, I think you'll find, and just because in the US the right wing has traditionally claimed ownership of Christ doesn't make it true. In fact claiming ownership of Christ is unChristian. Just like speaking for Christ is unChristian. Just like making claims on other's behalf like "The left rejects Christ" is unChristian.

 

Wrong. The separation of church and state means keeping govt out of religion, not the other way around.

He will try to screw over people as much as possible, destroy other peoples stuff and sabotage efforts to help, and then cry that no one wants to help him when they get tired of being screwed. A far cry from your moderate issues.

This forum is simply a forum. It allows all views and is pretty straight forward about it. Liberals are as welcome as conservatives here.

I have found many "liberal" minded people to be quite pleasant and educated, in fact most "Conservatives" today think I am one....likely because I think for myself and value truth.

I have actually come to enjoy it when they try to insult me with the label as it pretty much does the opposite.
