There you talk insane again. You will be nuked long before you have such a dream. Think of what happened to the last German who landed in Scotland hoping to make peace with the UK.

You are the one who cried that the germans will come for you, when infact your little **** country has nothing valuable. Beside Loch Ness.

Fun fact, when you want book a tour for holiday to scotland, you get warned here that your hotels are **** and low standard.

And your country is smaller than it was 1871–1918 so the "wins" doesn't count much.

So Finland, Denmark and Belgium will not arrest these people sought for political persecution. Carla's lawyer is saying it will be weeks maybe months before her issue sees the inside of a Scottish court and Germany intends on Putting Puigdemont there tomorrow. Carla Ponsati is rector of Glasgow University and a Professor at St Andrews University and is apparently being accused of something including the word 'violence'. These are all trumped up charges.

The issues leading to the desire for Independence in Catalonia began after Spain reneged on it's 2006 agreement with Catalonia in 2010

    https://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2017/10/catalonia-referendum/541611/

so that gets rid of arguments about the Constitution.

Puigdemont was elected on a promise of a Referendum on Independence. Spain did not allow the Catalonians their democratic rights and came and grabbed people by the hair and threw them out of polling stations as people will have seen. The Fire Brigade were in front of the people trying to protect them from the police/army whatever they were, sent from Spain. People must have seen it.

So Spain decides to arrest politicians on trumped up charges. Puigdemont got wind of this and went off to Belgium first to mixed reactions.

Spain decided to still pretend to be a democracy and have another election, assuming the Catalonians would bow down but no they by a tiny majority again voted for a pro Independence majority. Spain being a country which only believes in democracy if people vote the way it wants has not honoured this.

Finland, Denmark, Belgium Sobo tells us will not misuse the European Arrest Warrant to arrest people for Political reasons. It is yet to be seen whether the UK does this though Aamar Anwar hopes she will be released on bail and not have to return to court for weeks perhaps months for the hearing. Germany though has not a care in the world about misusing the European Arrest Warrant for political reasons and intends taking Puigdemont to court tomorrow. Hmmmm Political persecution not bothering Germany like it does other European Countries.

The reason for their move towards Independence was Spain reneging on its agreement of 2006. Barcelona tonight is having big protests. The Catalonians have been peaceful throughout.

Where. Don't be so foolish. You are the person who keeps threatening me. First me and most of Scotland had to get out of Europe and now you are threatening god knows what but I know it is only insecure people who make threats. I have always told you your threats have no substance as we would nuke you first.

Oh god I have seen you at these things before I am neither nationalistic enough nor bored enough to play.

I did though leave a serious post here http://www.politicalforum.com/index...sted-in-germany.529260/page-2#post-1068864133

and looking back, OMG did you really do what it looks like there. Did you call Puigdemont a terrorist?

I have no control over the German Justice System. That is where you show your values. One of the things I pointed out in that post was that you had said that Denmark, Finland and Belguim refused to arrest Puigdemont and then you boasted how Germany did. These people are wanted for their political views. Something no democracy should be supporting. Scotland now has to go to court about the rector of Glasgow University and a Professor at St Andrews. We will take as long as possible in going to court and hopefully she will not be returned to what people believe is a return of francoism in Spain. Germany however delights in sending someone back to Spain for political persecution. No way I can force my will on Germany. Just pointing out where your values are in opposition to other EU countries. You are insane if you believe Germany can manipulate the EU. You will lose it first but you can always have a little thing going with Spain.

Leave it to Germany to stomp all over the right to self-determination.

UN Charter Article I Section 2

    To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace;

    What is Self-determination?

Essentially, the right to self-determination is the right of a people to determine its own destiny. In particular, the principle allows a people to choose its own political status and to determine its own form of economic, cultural and social development.

The country's constitution comes before self-determination. For heaven's sake, the whole Europe would break up if you just give everyone the right for self-determination. I don't like this, self-determination. I don't like that self=determination. You are not nice to me, self-determination. It would go on. and on, and on...

So you admit Germany stomped all over the right to Self-Determination.

Germany has no business interfering in the natural processes in Spain.
