Today is my Wednesday -- tonight and then 2 more nights to go until I have a day off again.

And the last day off was only 1 day which was 2 days/nights ago.

For dinner tonight before my late swing shift I'll have steak and vegies at a restaurant at the mall.

Then 9 hours later when I get home at oh-dark-thirty (0430AM) I'll reheat the fresh lamb stew I made last night.

I am thinking that today was @Smartmouthwoman 's first day in the sun.

Her bootie and boobies in her birthday suit must be lobster red by now down in Galveston.

 

I have eaten at this restaurant which overlooks the Gulf.

It was back in 2009.

 

Heaven, huh. Damn and I only could come up with 2 Tickets to Paradise.

 

They were charged to document or collect all of human knowledge. That might keep you busy.

But they were a bunch of damned hippies. Togas, sandals, long hair, philosophy, "deep thoughts", what more needs to be said?

Fresh shrimp is a feature all along the Gulf Coast and especially in Galveston.

That recording was included on the gold record sent into deep space, on the Voyager probe. Blinded at a young age my his mother, poor his entire life, denied medical care because he was black, he died alone and living exposed to the elements. But his music was recognized as a unique representation of mankind. And perhaps some day in a million years or so, some alien will play the record. In principle the recording could last indefinitely.

You do realize that cats can bite as a sign of affection? unless it's hard and accompanied by either a loud hostile meow or a hiss. They can be conflicted creatures, wanting affection but then afraid of it, but dogs do that too, looking soulfully but then snapping at a hand brought overhead. They often can't really help that.

 

I had a cat that would bite when someone would pet him, he would also grab and hold to bite.
