I learned the hard way, Bullies need to be opposed and stood up to, if not, they keep oppressing others, usually weaker children, the Bullies I dealt with were mostly students that had been left back a few grades and were bigger and stronger than their peers, they were also usually Notorious Cowards and even though they were stronger, it did not take much to knock one down.

Not opposing Bullies only made them that much stronger and harder to deal with.

Note: Pacifism sounds nice but is useless, it does not work.

Maybe in the US in the UK it had absolutely 0 to do with my success which only came later in life because of my "hobbies" if I have any privilege in life it's not my skin colour or race it's a creative streak that has run through the family which I've learnt with the help of youtube and forums to turn into something profitable. Intelligence privileged makes more sense than some of race based privilege.

Nearly all companies in the UK now work on the right guy/gal for the job simply because economics have driven it that way regardless of race or sex.

Whites are very tribal. They tend to only employ or deal with their own unless they are forced otherwise. A slight nudge in the right direction wont harm anybody.

 

Maybe in the US in the UK I can say from my Dad's company he employs the best person for the job.

he only had 1 black guy who worked for him but he did have 4 Polish guys and 2 Lithuanian's as well as 5 white English guys. This was a very simple decision to come to when you only have 1 black guy ever actually respond to the adverts for a Lorry Mechanic how many can you really employ lol.

Diversity in education will lead to diversity in employment, you want more black guys in jobs then we need to help them to improve their skill sets so they can compete on merits. The biggest problem is the US education system is totally broken 60% of university students should never have gone there and a better apprenticeship system is needed. CAD/CAM skills will be the next big thing these should be taught from 12 years onwards. Lowering the standards is not the way forward.

I'm not against diversity in any workplace but it has to be based on merit not some misguided idea of equality because you can guarantee the Chinese are only utilising their best if we want to stay competitive we need to do the same otherwise mediocrity is the best we have to hope for.

We should start by educating whites about other cultures history instead of exclusively on our own "achievments". Teach them about colonialism and the slave so- called trade and how our entire industrial revolution was entirely due to the 400 years of free labour we took from west africa. That way we will show that it wasnt down to being more intelligent it was about being more ruthless and in so doing we will begin to see other ppl as equally intelligent and employ them, rather than just employing our own tribe.

 

Funny because my experience is exactly opposite maybe it's because I'm from Leicester and we've been integrated longer than most of the country that's why when I went school it was 80% Indian back in the 90's. Over the years I've dealt with a lot of companies and I'll tell you from my experience the Indian ran companies are far less likely to employ a white guy than the other way round, same with the Polish I dealt with.

Large business's just employ through agency's so it's less relevant.

I used to deal daily with Indians and I felt little racism especially when they realise I understand all the swear words but if you heard the language a Singh will use about a Patel you would be horrified there's a lot of endemic racism between Caste's and Sikh's and Hindu's really hate Muslims. All the fights at school weren't white guys fighting black it was the Muslim's and Sikh's having a rumble which was an education when your 10 years old and come from a school in a small village with no black people lol and no fights.

Bullshit, arabic countries enslaved people for 1400 years = no industrial revolution. Furthermore, blast furnace, clockworks, printing, everything like this was invented before slavery started. Germany and nordic countries weren't involved in slave trade and did their industrial revolution, spain and portugal were involved but did it extremly lately (in the 30's).

Anyway you missed my point, my point is : by the way people can take credit of things made by their race/culture, but for some it's only when it's negative, and for other it's the opposite.
