Trumpette's on the board think it is over the top to refer to them as cultists. For those of us who are not indoctrinated it's the best way we've come up with to explain the slavish devotion to the Con Man-in-Chief. Cuz..............this is getting batshyte crazy and more than a little frightening.

Your OP headline referenced to QAnon.

Then you posted part of the NPR piece (which was interesting in its entirety).

Then you veered off an talked about Trump's Stalinist attitude toward media, which is off topic. (But while you were at it , you might have mentioned Sarah Sander's tacit endorsement of the anti media thugs at Trump events).

I suspect that you won't find too many right wingers on this thread. QAnon's central themes are also theirs.

And it wouldn't be too surprising if QAnon was either a creation of, or something being actively promoted by the Russians. It has all the earmarks.

Trumpette's are turning in to an ugly mob full of conspiracy theorists. Not that surprising given the "birtherism" conspiracy theory gave rise to Don's candidacy in the first place.
