According to Kavanaugh, a women's right to abortion has been ruled on twice and confirmed twice. He has talked extensively on the issue of precedent and the critical importance of the SCOTUS to honor that. Collins spoke of that in her speech yesterday. As such, I don't see Kavanaugh voting to overturn it.
Not sure who you are trying to fool with that bullshit, but history shows us that there are two Justice Systems in this country. Separate and unequal that has not changed.
Rapist ??? Give the civilized world a freaking break, before cultural-marxism it was "Common Law" that defined what rape is.
They knew that and so did the democrats when they picked a useless clown like clinton. The republicans are not the party of individual rights anymore. They're theocrats.
Like I said, they wouldn't be ruling on a woman's right to an abortion, they would be ruling on whether or not Roe v. Wade had standing to be ruled on in the first place (it didn't). They are two completely different issues. You can go read the dissenting opinion where they explain it in detail.
There's an old saying in the Corps..."There's always someone who failed to get the message." Obvious the "resistance" wasn't listening when Judge Kavanaugh was testifying before the Senate's confirmation hearings. Probably to busy obstructing.
That was no job interview. One doesn't fight for their life in a job interview. No witnesses, no proof, no corroborating evidence. Years of public service, stellar record, 6 previous FBI investigations in depths and scope that gave him access to the nuclear codes to the US arsenal. And nothing. So with nothing but partisan and in some cases lunatic accusations, that is enough to execute a person in the world Progressives have in mind. I don't think that's going to go down well with citizens across the country.
Probably more than just a little. Knowing Liberals erratic, violent behavior, Joe should have voted with his camp. Now, Joe will forever have to look behind his back. Poor Joe...
The FBI didn't need to take the full two days to investigate. There was nothing there and only the dimmest of us doesn't understand that fact.
Actually black folks weren't murdering each other back in 58 and Lennox Ave in Harlem and South Central Ave in L.A. were very prosperous black business districts during the 1950's.
A most wretched commentary on what the Left has become. Like I said in the OP, from Alinsky to Stalin-Beria...
A person the other day told me that you where a possible rapist. She didn’t know any of the details, her witnesses all said she was full of crap but she swore that it was Distraff from political forum...I think you should be permanently banned from the entire internet for the rest of your life...
With numerous sexual accusers and many of his former classmates and roommates desperately trying to tell the FBI their story without success, yup, its very possible. Likely might even be a better word.
Yeah. All those witnesses to his drug induced gang raping parties. I forgot about that. In fact, now that you remind me, I was his victim, too!
Abortion is a third rail issue. Death to anyone who touches it. I never comment on the issue, and I never join threads where that is the topic. I do think it's important to understand ASCJ Kavanaugh's thoughts on the subject. Sen. Collins spoke to them yesterday https://www.collins.senate.gov/news...nounces-she-will-vote-confirm-judge-kavanaugh EXCERPT "There has also been considerable focus on the future of abortion rights based on the concern that Judge Kavanaugh would seek to overturn Roe v. Wade. Protecting this right is important to me. To my knowledge, Judge Kavanaugh is the first Supreme Court nominee to express the view that precedent is not merely a practice and tradition, but rooted in Article III of our Constitution itself. He believes that precedent “is not just a judicial policy … it is constitutionally dictated to pay attention and pay heed to rules of precedent.” In other words, precedent isn’t a goal or an aspiration; it is a constitutional tenet that has to be followed except in the most extraordinary circumstances." The judge further explained that precedent provides stability, predictability, reliance, and fairness.
3 witnesses, many more people who knew him trying to contact the FBI to tell their story. Sounds like enough evidence to start a real investigation to me.
