    Based on Kavanaugh's comments about precedent, I don't think people should count on him voting to overturn R v W.

    That's iffy I agree.

    He has been on both sides of the issue in the past.

    At least in his rulings.

    However the problem with Roe v. Wade isn't about actual abortion its about the fact that the case had no standing to even be heard by the Court.

    Given that, I could see them overruling Roe v. Wade while not making a decision on the actual issue of abortion.

    What that would do would allow a proper case to be presented to them for review and a final decision.

    Roe v. Wade is just one very sloppy case all around.

    I can't speak for the Trumpeteers, but as for myself I've expressed my reservations about Kavanaugh and his rulings, and things could have turned out much worse:

    1) The Left's defamation campaign could have worked

    and

    2) The Democrats could have dictated the pick

    Then we would have ended up with someone who is even worse than a Neo-Con.
