    A win is a win, a conservative is a conservative ;). Today actually proves Trump's wisdom once again. The most moderate, least controversial choir boy Trump chose was almost destroyed by the well-oiled democratic smear machine. Trump's even slightly more controversial or conservative pick would have undoubtedly been obliterated. Instead Trump got his win and the smear machine is out of ammunition.

    Presumption of evidence like a criminal trial but lacking the thorough investigation of all possible of a trial. Also, job interviews have a shared burden of proof.

    It was SOP to put Christine Blasey Ford to be put under oath when she testified about her "recovery memory" or "False Memory Syndrome" while under therapy.

    Roe v. Wade is extremely sketchy.

    It wouldn't stand up to this Court.

    They would have to bring a legitimate abortion case to get their pro-choice ruling but I'm pretty sure that Roe v. Wade gets tossed and the decision dumped on the states.

    We do believe in fairness and justice. A man, who was proven to be falsely accused, has risen above all of the left wing hate. No one's story added up. Her boyfriend at the time even said so. No witnesses could confirm her story with accuracy. She admitted to forgetting half the night.

    Easy false accusation.

    Justice has been done. This Justice's name is Brett.

    Not at all - the burden of proof is on the accuser.

    It's reprehensible, unfair, unjust and unAmerican how some of Kavanaugh's opponents convicted him without any proof to support his accuser's unsubstantiated accusations. You can foist the canard that the FBI didn't conduct a thorough investigation but the fact is the FBI had no facts to investigate at all.

    You can't say the FBI had nothing to investigate when there were numerous accusers and records to look through. In a job interview the burden of proof is also on the applicant. It is shared.
