That would create a huge black market for pistols. Every armed thug in America would love your place.

BTW: A boarder is someone living in your house. You are thinking of borders.

What the Brits and Aussies did didn't do much, and would be unconstitutional here in the US. You want British style confiscations? Overturn the 2nd Amendment.

There were 140,000 violent crimes in FL in 1998, the year before the law went into effect (1999). In 2016, there were 88,000 violent crimes, despite an increase in FL population from 15.5 million in 1998 to 20.66 million.

America, where you are expected to be willing to die for the right to have a gun, yet thinks healthcare is a privilege and that you should die if you can't afford it. Yeah makes sense

Such would never pass constitutional muster. Therefore there is no point in discussing such a proposal.

Does not have to its private and the owner of private property is as the castle doctrine puts it, a king.

There is no constitutional right to have someone else pay your own bills.

Private property owners do not have the legal authority to dictate what the punishment for certain crimes on their property is. Especially when the punishment for a minor offense is life without the possibility of parole. One may as well propose public executions.

Cite the criteria being referred to for defining a country as being "free" in this discussion.

If it would be legal (and it is) to kill someone for being on the private property with out permission then it is dam sure legal to jail them.

Meaning that someone else is paying the bills of others. Meaning that it is not actually free.

What relevance does the above question have to do with anything?

Pray tell, where in the united states is it legal for a private individual to kill someone for committing an act of trespassing?

Having gun rights is part of the US freedom. You don't have to own a gun.

Government imposing unconstitutional restrictions and not enforcing the laws against felons is the problem.

So, the conservative and punitive route. What makes your private city different from any other dictatorship?

You can't be 100% safe. Just ask California.
