Unless you comply with all county, state and federal regulations and laws, I can guarantee you, if the case made it past District Court, up to the USSC you would lose.

By law, I cannot simply form a "I shall speed all I want on the highway" corporation and give everyone who buys my stock immunity to traffic laws, I do not have, as a corporation, the authority to overwrite state laws.
