No there are groups or segments of political thought or variances in ideology that are too small to exist alone so they gravitate to were they feel comfortable. Example Bernie who claims independent thinking had to become a temporary Democrat to try and run. The White Supremacists and Nazis are happy with Trump so they are voting as Republicans because where else are they to go? Remember that was like the Southern segregationalists who because they hated the word Republican because Lincoln was one had no place but the Democratic Party to live under as long as the Democratic Party kept looking the other way on segregation? For Republican the fiscally responsible Libertarians can and do live under the Republican tent.

Socialists such as Cassio are not welcome with open arms by the DNC any more than David Duke is by the RNC.

Well, the big problem with your claim is the attempt to place Nazis and White Supremacists in the same league as the Socialist Progressives. You're attempting to suggest maybe 10,000 racists Nationwide are equal to millions of Socialist Progressives.

The Democratic party has been changed as a result of the Socialist Progressives. As Eric Holder put it, it's the New Democratic Party now.

The GOP hasn't been changed or influenced in the slightest by the tiny sliver of people who would identify as Nazi's or White Supremacists. Did Republicans elect any openly racist Nazi's or White Supremacists to Congress on November 6?

I get the NDP and others try to suggest otherwise, but that's because they don't have the brains to pose a rational argument on policy and agenda.

"Non sequitur. Your facts are uncoordinated."

Qualifications for office include rail splitting; you can’t claim the president isn’t qualified and then get butt hurt when someone says she isn’t.

Instead of a Green New Deal we need a Green Manhattan Project first; you can’t deal cards that haven’t been invented yet. A Zero FX in every pot...

What about Green Reparations for Democrats supporting Debt Slavey:

    See the FED ruling:

“The Federal Reserve's rule told credit card companies that they no longer can consider household income when assessing the creditworthiness of an individual who applies for his or her own card. Under the rule, only an individual's own salary or other income -- rather than combined household income -- can be considered.”
    Read more: http://www.creditcards.com/credit-c...cards-household-income-1282.php#ixzz3WiwAm9JK

See the reason to oppose it:

    “Opposition from CARD Act authors

U.S. Reps. Carolyn Maloney, D-NY, and Louise Slaughter, D-NY, both among the principal authors of the CARD Act, said the rule "goes beyond the intent" of the law and "represents a serious risk for women in abusive domestic partnerships."

"Women trapped in abusive marriages may be unable to work due to a controlling spouse, a hallmark of relationships characterized by domestic violence," Maloney and Slaughter told the Federal Reserve in a letter as it was considering the rule. "The availability of an independent credit card may represent her best chance at establishing independence and a path out of a dangerous relationship."

After the rule was announced, Maloney and Slaughter said they would be studying its implementation and would report any problems to the new federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which could write its own rules beginning in July.”

What about Green Reparations for Daddy living in the barn of the family given a farm in Pine Mountain Georgia, but he didn’t get one:

May 1, 1935: "To the extent necessary to carry out the provisions of this Executive Order the Administrator is authorized to acquire, by purchase or by the power of eminent domain, any real property or any interest therein and improve, develop, grant, sell, lease (with · or 'without the privilege of purchasing), or otherwise dispose of any such property or interest therein."

Yes, we all know where you're going with this, that Trump had no real political experience either. The problem with saying that is that Gatewood specifically said the only way Obama could make it was because the press was pulling for him six ways to Sunday. On paper, Hilla should have won in 2008 against Obama, he was a neophyte with almost nothing on his resume. It's the same way Miss Ed might make it, ONLY if the press carries her water as she's got pretty much nothing either, and if the way she's behaving is any indication, won't have much for a long, long time. If she already doesn't know how to play the game, she's in for a long, painful learning process and whatever else you can say about Barry, he learned the game pretty fast. Meanwhile Trump was fighting AGAINST the press - and still made it. Considering how over the top the press, the glitterati, the talking heads and Hollywood was for Hilla - well, if you took that all away and had all of them acting apolitical during 2016, Trump might well have carried - I dunno, 10% or more of the vote than he did.

Obama won because of the press. Trump won despite the press. I've heard Miss Ed speak, the only way she'd make it as prez is if the press slavishly devotes itself to her. I actually believe that highly likely. Maybe she might be presidential material in the far future if she spends 250 years running for it as Hilla did.

I agree her sentiments are rather draconian; however the difference between her and Trump is that the democratic party will reign her in if she really goes off the deep end or if her proposals are unrealistic; whereas in all reality the republican party has absolutely no control over Trump; for the most part he just does what he wants regardless of what members of his party want.

I agree with you on this; there are days when I wish we had the politics that we had 60 years ago. Both parties for the most part worked together and compromised on issues, thus benefiting the American people and they actually got work done. Nowadays the parties are so polarized it's tit for tat among them and the American people are the one's who lose out since very little of substance gets done.

Whenever you see all those eye whites in a person, you are looking at a psychopath. She represents the emerging Left. Crazy as hell.

The Emerging right is much more attractive.

    And yes, they vote!

Ryan was pretty worthless. It will be interesting to see if Trump can get more value out of Pelosi.

Maybe the silliest response ever made regarding occasional cortex. Right, left, Marxist, capitalist, or none of the above, this woman is a know nothing idiot and believe me, the right is itching to help make her the new face of the democrat party.

I began posting on political and current events' forums in 1997, always on topic, and joined this forum only 5 months after yourself. Clearly I have better things to do with my time than post here all day long, unlike you (as evidenced by your overwhelming number of posts herein). You have followed me around different threads, posting personal insults, and never responding to my on topic posts.

You tell me to get back to you when I graduate. I hold 3 advanced degrees, all with honors, and have a formidably successful professional background. You are not only failing to post at my level, but are unable to do so.

Sadly the USA's educational system is in the worst condition in our history. Our educators seem to be: mostly obese, foolish, touchy, and ignorant. And as a result far too many students do not understand, or believe, that all the trash and filth we are pumping into our ecosystem is having a serious and lasting negative affect on the survivability of all earth's surface dwelling creatures. Any Congresswoman who supports addressing our climate problems is a plus for our nation and for our world.

Now please keep your promise and, if you can't stay on topic, leave me alone! Ta.

I'm not sure they CAN rein her in. She's essentially an entitled Millennial who likely has not encountered a differing opinion in her life and is in for a rude awakening. It's been noted that she's a true believer, someone fundamentalist in her beliefs; those are notoriously hard to control. IMHO what will happen is she will either implode and quit when she discovers she can't change the system she just became a part of or she'll become a laughing stock and get voted out - something I predicted awhile back with Trump. I have to admit, he lasted far longer than I thought he would. And with Trump, I'm sure he remembers how the GOP elites were dead set against him and he won anyway. I think it's still the case. They probably should have started working with him more when the writing was on the wall that he was gonna get the nom; it would have given them SOME kind of control over him now because Trump appears far more open to being convinced of a different path than the left thinks he is.

    No argument here.

Wasn't one of Trump's acolytes telling us that truth wasn't truth? If you see
falsehood as truth that explains a lot of Trumpism and most of your memes

Admit it, she's Trump from the left, and she's proving far more palatable to the American people

That IS what I said. She's Trump writ small. But the only reason she's more palatable is because the press is NOT going after her the way they did Trump; she's certainly said a lot of stupid things in the short time she's been on the political stage and the Legacy Media hasn't mocked her for that. Considering she is their ideological wet dream, it's not likely they ever will until she says something even they can't defend.
