Federal Judge In Sentencing General Flynn Drops Bombshell On FBI!

To say otherwise, opens it all back up and with the likelihood of more time and more expense. I am fairly sure we have not heard the last of this. It may be over for Flynn, but not for McCabe, Comey and Mueller.

All he had to do was plead not guilty. In my experience if someone is wrongly accusing you and has no proof that ends it.

The problem the right has with a lot of these cases is that they assume what they see in the charging document of a cooperating person is the only thing they have on the defendant.
In Flynn's case that might be his work with Turkey with the lies being the easiest, with regard to time, that they could charge him with.

I have made no such assumption. I have no idea what they might or might not have on Flynn. However, if that is the case, then should charge him rather than blackmailing him into providing information on Trump, which you know and I know was the ultimate objective.

This is a phase of our history which we will look back on and wonder how we could let such a thing happen. But to the left, any means is worth the effort as long as they get Trump. It does not matter who they ruin. Got to keep their eye on the ball.

I don't know what Mueller wanted out of Flynn.
The thing it looks like he did get out of Flynn was testimony about his firms illegal lobbying for Turkey.

He said without a shred of actual evidence. What constitutional rights did "comey's cabal" violate? Who was not legally mirandized?

I believe Flynn is being given some slack by Mueller et.al. Judging on what just occurred at his sentencing hearing, if mueller doesn't provide unredacted information on other investigations, Flynn is going to jail no matter what meuller's recommendation might be.

The judge was not happy with Flynn at all.

In a surprise development, former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn has asked that his sentence be delayed.

"Arguably, you sold your country out. The court's going to consider all that." Judge Sullivan told Flynn. "But I'm not hiding my disgust, my disdain for this criminal offense."

Because of Trump, the U.S. is the only nation in the world not to be a member of the Paris Accord which is attempting to control global warming.

Trump imposed a 25% steel tariff and a 10% aluminum tariff on our friends and trading partners creating trade wars which are damaging to all economies.

Trump imposed harsh tariffs on China, thereby causing a trade war damaging to the two largest economies in the world.

As a consequence to Trump's trade wars, all the gains made this year in the stock market have been wiped out and millions of American have lost a great deal of their savings in IRA's and mutual funds.

Trump removed the U.S. from JCPOA which permanently barred Iran from making a nuke and replaced it with harsh language and weak sanctions. As a consequence to Trump's decision, Iran is now free to copy the U.S.. She can follow Trump's precedent and remove herself from the JCPOA and resume her nuclear research if she so chooses.

Trump has shown a fondness for communist dictators Putin, Kim Jong Un, and Xi.

Trump has antagonized the leaders of our allies, Britain's May, Canada's Trudeau, France's Macron, and Germany's Merkel.

Trump has threatened NATO, an alliance meant to control Russia.

I could go on, but you get the picture. This is why I dislike the Trump administration.

I have been accused of having TDS. In view of the facts presented above -- facts that are beyond question -- it is Trump's fans who are deranged. Supporting Trump is not in their best interests.

Ask yourself a question. Why do you approve of Trump? You can't defend what he does or says, and his trade wars are hurting your savings. The stock market is negative for the year. What is it about Trump that you like? Have you ever asked that of yourself, or are you on autopilot?

I guess you missed the part where the judge told him he might get more jail time if he chose today for sentencing.

 

From the intell and the investigation's progress to that date? they were able to "refresh" his memory a couple of times, which should have set off every mental alarm in Flynn's possession that they actually knew way more than he originally gave them credit for - and yet he still lied. Dumbfounding alright.

POSTPONED! CLEARLY means the judge wants to look more carefully at what prosecutors are trying to do here.
