What was this "intell" that the FBI had that Flynn was unaware of?

Wrong. You should stick to your own country's problems instead of sticking your nose in U.S. politics.

Thanks for pointing out one of your partisan tribe's problems.

Considering my country's partnership, alliance, economic dependence. proximity and shared values, I'd say that my interest in american politics is warranted.

But I get how a nationalist would get upset that other people have the gall to challenge their bullshit. Location or citizenship have little to do with validity or truth.

Transcripts of telephone conversations with russian spies, for sure.

Evidence collected by the investigation into russian interference, for sure.

Investigation into his undeclared foreign agent status, probably.

    jus' guessin'

IOW, all conversations with the Russian ambassador were recorded and available to the FBI.

    WRONG AGAIN brainwash breath.

Mueller is investigating "collusion" from foreign countries in our political system.

I think it would be a good idea to report YOU to the FBI and DoJ and see what happens. You are colluding with democrats on social media.

    That's a criminal offense.

Doublethink, the acceptance of or mental capacity to accept contrary opinions or beliefs at the same time, especially as a result of political indoctrination. That would explain how you think the FBI didn't think Flynn was lying even though they knew he was.

Competition is stiff, but you just might be the Trumpster who is the most susceptible to propaganda on the entire board.

Atwater, you lost ANY CREDIBILITY MONTHS AGO.

NO ONE pays any attention to you. But I seem to be living free of charge inside your head. :roflol:

Since the judge accused Flynn of "selling out" his own country today, I'm thinking that he's not at all skeptical of the FBI's claims.

Hmmm. The Trumpers are wrong yet again.

"brainwash breath"? Thanks for the demonstration of unsurprisingly low wit. Is been my observation that is usually accompanied by brainless entrenched partisanship.

And please report me. I'm sure the FBI is used to idiotic complaints.

I don't ... or maybe I do know why, you're trying to construe my post as defending Flynn for making false statements ... but it ain't. Big mouth Comey has broadcast his "getting away with" interrogating Flynn without legal counsel. Straight from the horse's ... or jackass mouth ... take your pick. :;):

He "got away with" nothing. Flynn was not in custody, so there was no requirement to mirandize him. Moreover, he was asked whether he wanted to have someone else present during the interview, and he declined. Finally, you don't have to advise someone that they shouldn't lie to the FBI; that's a nonsensical claim.

Flynn is reaping the results of his own behavior.

Oh I did conflate the two. Now Big mouth comey did get away with it, didn't he? Did you hear his expansion when challenged by gowdy? Seems the West Wing didn't have a handle on things so going direct was the most expedient thing to do.

Yet another example of selective editing on the part of the right wing propaganda machine. Further exacerbated by documented evidence of russia's continuing cyber attack targetting both Comey and Mueller. Seems despite the hundreds of thousands of accounts being closed, there are still thousands left, solidly entrenched within the trump supporter sphere.

Have you bothered to read the Senate bi-partisan report on the Russian assault on american democracy?

    We all live and learn.

Yeah ... Comey's big fat ego, and his big fat mouth right? Loose lipped Jim's mouth stirring up almost as much trouble as Flynn's lying mouth. Of course the Strzok / McCabe texts in which they discuss the intent to deprive Flynn of counsel don't help either.

It's "yet another example of selective" justice. Comey testified that the agents who interviewed Clinton "believed" she was truthful and non evasive, per the 302 they submitted. Clinton HAD in fact lied, as 100+ classified emails later surfaced.

It was postponed to give Flynn an opportunity to change Sullivan’s mind about sentencing him to prison.

Sullivan shot down the coercion conspiracy meme that Flynn’s attorney included in their sentencing memo by putting the participants of that attempted fraud on the court under oath to retract it.

Clearly you’re still lost within the hoax suffering from cognitive dissonance. Flynn testified that it was B.S. and his legal representation apologized to the court for presenting it. Yes. It was a bad day for rightwing conspiracy theorists.

What I have, is what's spewing from Comey's own big mouth, and a few emails that survived Mueller's purge. What we, that is Sullivan, congress, and the general public don't have is the original 302. Comey obviously lied when he said "no reasonable prosecutor" would pursue the criminal referral against Hillary. Comey, McCabe, Strzok, and Mueller went to great lengths to justify Flynn's prosecution. Flynn's been held accountable, and it's time everyone else is. The ends don't justify the means.

What you have is supposition, interpretation and not nearly enough evidence to convince any REPUBLICAN prosecutor in the TRUMP DOJ to go after any of it.

    Happy conspiracy theory.
